You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe house is very clean, equipped with all basic necessities (soap/shampoo/towel) & near to Lost World theme park. Can see a perfect view of Lost World from the balcony. Swimming pool is big with nice view. There is also a pool with hot water just like inside Lost World.

MalaysiaI am having difficulties to scan the access card in the lift to press the floor number. The house fan remote control not working, possible out of battery. My own suggestion to make it as a prefect stay is i wish the house owner able to equip a vacuum cleaner to allow guest clean the floor after hair drying.
Firstly, thanks for providing a great stay. The room able to see the Ipoh Tambun Lost World theme park directly. Guest is suggested to get your own transport during the stay because the house is away from town area or attraction places. The house is ready with water purifiers, easy to apply, time saving to boil water and get drinking water immediately. Guest allow to park at visitor car park. Nice stay for guest with family member.

After a long journey drive from south of Malaysia it is really a great relaxing treat while having time with kids ❣️
