I was sceptical initially when found that the hotel adapts "self check-in" method. But later I found it was user friendly with the guidance sent to your mobile phone although no physical receptionist can be seen at the hotel.

MalaysiaIf possible the notification about check-in procedure to be inform earlier like 1 day earlier so that people able to alert on what to do about it instead of reach the destination without anyone at the place. Maybe need to check on certain thing at the room such as the some of the power plug and light switch was not in good condition, very loose like something breaking inside.
Nice concept of the room and environment. Its a family friendly room and easy access from the main door. The concept of the just mattress without bed frame is better where my kids able to sleep in a big area. Lighting , aircond and other are very good and feels very comfortable. The toilet is nice and clean.

United KingdomStayed in the basic single occupancy room which is right by a busy road and above a restaurant so it's a little noisy! It's also in need of redecoration, wallpaper looking very tired! Bed sheet was not quite big enough which leaves you on bare mattress if you move around during your sleep!

MalaysiaSoundproof between the rooms is not great. The shower hose is leaking. But the staff explained the reason and offered discount to compensate. Lack of car park at night due to restaurant business next door.
The location was superb, very close to the town center, next to the main road Jalan Bakri and easy to find. The staff is very responsive, polite and helpful. The room is spacious enough. Necessary amenities are available including water cooler at common area.

United Arab EmiratesThe room is japanese style with tantami. We found the bench below the mattress are mouldy causing me who is allergic uncomfortable. Tjey should clean this and not just cover by mattress. There is no fridge. The ac is not cool enough for entire room..i was sweating at night..and have to move the .mattress directly i front of ac in order to sleep. Also there is a remote for 2 ac but none of them can control the temp of ac.
Its excellent accomodation to fit all my entire family of 6. We dont stay much in the room but its good enough for sleep.
