I was sceptical initially when found that the hotel adapts "self check-in" method. But later I found it was user friendly with the guidance sent to your mobile phone although no physical receptionist can be seen at the hotel.

Mattress a bit smelly and thin

Easy self-check in. Different style from other budget hotel which is japanese style. Room is big and worth the money

location is vey near to shops . but it also very near to the main road. at the night you can still hear very clearly the sound of motocycle and car. also my room have 1 broken window

If possible the notification about check-in procedure to be inform earlier like 1 day earlier so that people able to alert on what to do about it instead of reach the destination without anyone at the place. Maybe need to check on certain thing at the room such as the some of the power plug and light switch was not in good condition, very loose like something breaking inside.

Nice concept of the room and environment. Its a family friendly room and easy access from the main door. The concept of the just mattress without bed frame is better where my kids able to sleep in a big area. Lighting , aircond and other are very good and feels very comfortable. The toilet is nice and clean.

Stayed in the basic single occupancy room which is right by a busy road and above a restaurant so it's a little noisy! It's also in need of redecoration, wallpaper looking very tired! Bed sheet was not quite big enough which leaves you on bare mattress if you move around during your sleep!

Soundproof between the rooms is not great. The shower hose is leaking. But the staff explained the reason and offered discount to compensate. Lack of car park at night due to restaurant business next door.

The location was superb, very close to the town center, next to the main road Jalan Bakri and easy to find. The staff is very responsive, polite and helpful. The room is spacious enough. Necessary amenities are available including water cooler at common area.

The room is japanese style with tantami. We found the bench below the mattress are mouldy causing me who is allergic uncomfortable. Tjey should clean this and not just cover by mattress. There is no fridge. The ac is not cool enough for entire room..i was sweating at night..and have to move the .mattress directly i front of ac in order to sleep. Also there is a remote for 2 ac but none of them can control the temp of ac.

Its excellent accomodation to fit all my entire family of 6. We dont stay much in the room but its good enough for sleep.

Parking area fully occupied by nearby restaurant... It's really hard to find a parking area...

Its really happy to stay at such comfortable and spacious room. Staff is really helpful n friendly. If can improve in providing more parking area will be prefect.

Door lock is bit difficult to open, need to learn the trick… The window lock is broken and the room facing main road… noise+ There a small cockroach roaming ard… There a hint of toilet smell in the room… The bed sheet is not cover the bed properly Bed cause static The small pillows/cushions have plenty of stains and marks

-Have smell when arrive at the room. Most probably odour from the carpet or because I got room with no window. -It’s smaller than I imagine. Not comfortable to perform prayer due to very limited space. Space to put shoes are close to the space left to pray. -The mattress was so hard. I could barely sleep. -The exit button quite far from the entrance grill, by the time I want to reach the gate with heavy bags, the gate locked already. The gate also heavy. Had to do it fast(or run a bit). Not so friendly for old people. -Look carefully in picture how the room looks like before booking.

Worth as priced. No complaint.

Although self-checked in, everything went smooth. Direct or via third party booking are both convenient. The BOSS reply speed is fast. No face2face involved. In the beginning, I was sceptical about paying online to The Boss. He is trustworthy. So, dont worry about it. Eventually, I got to know that he is my brother's customer at Cafe Lorong (formerly known as Ogs Cafe). Although the overall interior colour scheme is a bit off balance compared to premier hotel, its cleanliness, toiletries, amenities, setting are 4 star.
