Some of the sewer seemed clogged, which wasn't great.

Overall, my stay was good. The location near the city was super convenient, and I chose this apartment because it's close to the beach for my kids. The swimming pool and playground were awesome for them too. The bathtub in the unit was a nice surprise, I had a good time and would think about coming back.

Private, convenient and great view. The unit is almost complete , kitchen, furniture, wifi. The building itself has swimming pool n gym for you to sweat. It has mart, laundry, pharmacy n restaurant downstairs also Lotus at walking distance. The parking lot was spacious

the master's room shower drainage got clog so water was raising while taking shower.

Property is very bright and consider clean but need to improve as the floor a bit sticky when we check-in. Also there's Wifi and TVBox ready so family members could enjoy.

Clean and spacious enough for medium size family Quiet n privacy with sea view from your room. Perfect for gateaway. Convinient. There is Lotus at the opposite building. Just a walking distance. There was medan selera there. Convenience store was just downstair. Private swinming pool n gym were also available.

This suite is unexpectedly huge, clean, comfortable and just give you a wow feeling. With 2 spacious rooms, 3 beds, quite an attractive bathroom with cozy bathtub.. the price is very reasonable. Don't think twice if you happened checking this suite... book it.

Loved the view from our suite. It is really spacious and clean with all amenities making it a wonderful stay experience. The location is truly great with eateries and other wonderful attractions easily accessible.

Owner was not on top of managing his property. At 9+pm on check in day, I did not receive my check in details and had to reach out to him. Check in details were provided, however upon checking in, we noticed that the whole unit was in a big mess. Extremely wasted and dirty. It was past midnight and the only thing that the owner said was to ask the cleaners what happened. No compensation, nothing and we had to resort to last minute expensive accommodation nearby. You are totally gambling for a stay if you book them through this site because they don’t do anything for you in case this happens. There is no guarantee.

No shampoo, coffee machine with no creamer n sugar available. Stained pillow case. Second stay here. Compared to a year back, definitely showing signs of lagging in upkeeping of the unit. Quite disappointed considering price increased from 350 last Feb plus to 580 Feb this year.

It is quite tedious driving up many levels to park your car. However, I soon got used to it as it is normal for most high rise apartments and even large shopping centers in Malaysia to have multi level parking

The room view is superb and the room is spacious. Prime location with family mart downstairs and lotus shopping mall just right across the road. Straits quay is also within walking distance. one designated car park for the unit, but have parking bays for visitors downstairs.

Small parking area which need skills to handle.

Very easy to check-in with clear instructions by host. The suites is very clean, spectacular sea view & really comfortable for family vacation. Kids are really enjoyed the bath tub. Complete facilities with pool, sauna & gym. Good location in the middle of town.
