We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The place is clean, the bathroom is big, the sofa is nice, and it has a sea view. Parking convenient, I stayed here for two days so comfortably. The price is worth it.

MalaysiaRelatively new place and has a wonderful view. Very quite condo and with a lot of amenities nearby. Although the cleaners slipped up with the cleaning works, the owner was very responsive and dispatched the cleaners within 20 minutes to make up for it. More than made up for the shortfall (must be due to the holidays). The owner was constantly responding to our queries on WA courteously despite her busy schedule. We had 2 cars and the owner kindly had 2 parking bays allocated to us, how nice. Although it was on the 35th floor, the lift was never a problem due to the low occupancy rate.

Our host is very friendly (i really appreciate it ⚘). The unit is so clean & tidy. The washing machine works well. Everything almost perfect for family vacation. Definitely will come back, everything was great and the location quite convenient access. Walking distance to Lotus & we bought our breakfast at Lotus (McD, Mamak restaurant & Starbucks). Fabulous Family Hari Raya Stay!
