Location, car park safety, laundry and comfort. Always my place of choice to stay in Kuching. Variety of studio room to 3 bedroom apartment gave me plenty of choice for my family trip. Having a kitchen has made me choose Jinhold over other place. Staffs are very nice and helpful. My family treat this place as their 2nd home.

i hope if i can check in earlier coz the flight time sometimes can be unpredictable due to flight delayed from the airlines which is beyond our control

yup, i arrived about 11.30 am but i have to wait until 1.30 or 2.00 pm to obtain the key coz i am not able to check in earlier, their standard check in time is 2.00 pm

Aircon leak but the staff fix it. This apartment is very basic so don't expect frills & ID design but it's clean. Also no lift just stairs

Convenient and big rooms

First impression not very good. Furnishings v basic spartan. Everything looks dated. Cleaning crew needs to do a more thorough job. Cleaning is very general. Bathroom tiles appear not cleaned for some time. Grout between tiles need a good scrub. Property needs sprucing up and upgrading. Booking confirmation indicated complimentary breakfast provided. This needs to be corrected as there is no cafeteria. Management please update your property page.

The location is fantastic. Lovely Malaysian Chinese Friendship Park across the road. Surrounded by eateries. 10 minutes to Airport. Ample parking for guests and visitors. So near the business, yet very quiet. Water pressure very strong. Hot shower not an issue. (Our apartment was on ground floor) . Fridge medium size and functional. Aircon cold and quiet. Electric kettle working fine. Bottled water provided daily. Can request housekeeping daily. Comfort: Spent 4 nights sleeping soundly.

aircond make floor wet.

the view.quite spacious.necessity facilities all inside.if you need iron need to request from front desk.if you need ground floor need to inform upon place booking.place have no lift.only stairs .and no breakfast option.

The staff at the receptionist when checking out this morning, so rude and have to charge me Extra RM30 for just less than an An hour late. I checked out at about 1PM.

Private space. Plenty parking provided. Security guarded. The supplies top-up excellent. Fast service cleaning daily can request.

The smells of the room is not very pleasant. The shower has hair and not properly clean before we arrived. The floor a bit dirty and has dust. Slippers should be provided.

Need some upgrade and maintenance - e.g. the door lock stuck sometime and can not be opened, inside the cabinet under the cooker has cockrages/lizards wastes not clean up, traffic noise from window not tight seal.

The hotel rooms corridors and basement are dimly lighted and can be eerie feeling at night. The breakfast menu wasn't great. The hotel atmosphere lack warms. Receptionist (a guy)wasn't friendly. Hey I m paying your salary. TV needs to reinstall channels after turn off.

The hotel is near to airport and perfect for park n stay.

I specifically requested for non smoking unit but was given one with very bad cigarette smell and slight durian smell. Request for unit change but was told not available.

If u expect to extend (unexpectedly) please pay without fail before 4pm. If not, they chase u like u cant even pay the rent.hahaha. its their policy i think. Or the staff just like to think it that way. As a frequent tenant, i am pissed. Thanks for the experience.
