Building with amazing views and facilities and a nice clean, well laid out room with great amenities. Eateries and malls nearby in walking distance. Excellent instructions for access into room and staff very informative and helpful.

Additional quilts and pillows for the sofa bed and futon bed are definitely needed.

The position and facilities are amazing. The place is essentially a big studio with all the essentials like microwave, washing machines etc, we did not in any way felt inconvenient

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Water heater was a bit hard to control, it would be very hot for 3 minutes then cold for the rest

Location is good, not too far from the CIQ, and there is a free shuttle bus to CIQ as well. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and Pelangi Mall. Room itself is quite nice and well equipped, Wi-Fi works well and looks exactly like what was shown in the pictures. They even provide detergent and a washing machine so you can do your own laundry there. Kitchen works well for light cooking, and the gym was pretty okay as well.

The flat is much more dated than it looks in the photos. It won't ruin your stay, but just so you don't expect a luxurious new flat.

This is a nice flat for a short stay in Johor Bahru. It is quite spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the view is great. No contact Check in process is good!

Super clean, spacious, nice view of the city. On a clear day you can see across the river to Singapore. Great pool and facilities. Area feels safe. Only a short drive to main attractions in JB. Convenience of having a minimart in the apartment facility was nice. Deborah was super nice and helpful with anything I needed. Acted super quick and prompt. Check in and check out made super easy.

Didn't realize it was a studio apartment, perhaps because we booked it in a rush. It was a little cramp for 3 adults and 1 child. More suitable for 1 or 2 people to stay, but this is a customer issue, nothing to do with the hosts or the property.

Hosts were very responsive - we booked this 1 hour before check-in at night, as it was a last minute decision to stay in JB. Property seems quite safe for those who drive. Basic amenities provided. It was a fuss-free one night stay.

Unit is cozy and comfort. Location is good. Good for couple or a family with one kid. TV is working good, my kids got their favorite program, let me get a peace of mind at least a short moments. All necessary facilties is provide. Hangers, hair dryer, a clean kettle (this is important for me as I am bringing kids along, hot water is needed when prepare milk) The host is very helpful.

the pillows were too soft 😁 the single mattress was too thin the floor of the toilet quite slippery

Just no kettle I think but there is a electric pot to cook water. And the KTV can only be booked on weekdays, so for us who came only on weekends weren’t able to book it. And only 2 mineral water for a 4 person stay 😆 But all these are just minor issue, everything is nice!
