The bathroom. They should make the bathroom better. The step to go into the bathtub is so low that it’s dangerous for kids. And after shower, the excess water will be on the side of the bathtub.

The view was not spectacular. The stairway can be a little challenging for elderly.

The rooms were a little dated. There is no lift but they have someone to carry your bags to the room.

The location was great. It allows you to do the Jonker walk easily. We were lucky to be there during CNY and enjoyed the street food set up in the evenings right outside the hotel door. We were pleasantly surprised that even though there was lots of activity on the street we did not hear it in our rooms.

Bed was a little hard

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and out. We had a late check-in due to traffic on the causeway and this caused no problems. Close to many coffee shops and eateries.

The steps are not safe for infants and pregnant women (in family room)

The room was clean and spacious with space for kids to play around. The room designs are cool and fits the 'boutique hotel's kind of style. I like this more than the others.

There is no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but good to note for those with elderly or young children. We were on the second floor and there was a smell of cigarette smoke one afternoon. We weren’t able to figure out where it came from, but we did inform the reception and it cleared up eventually.

Staff are very friendly and considerate and arranged a room without bathtub for our elderly parents. Rooms are of a good size, comfortable and clean and complimentary bottled water is provided. We liked the gated outdoor parking at the back, and of course the location is unbeatable, right on Jonker st.

Location was superb...right in the center of Jonkers St...so many great eating places nearby and the surrounding history is fascinating. Parking is right outside.

I first stayed in Jonker Boutique Hotel about 9-10 years ago. I was wowed by its design, the cleanliness and its friendly staff. But the place feels a little dated since my last visit about 5 years ago. The place is still clean and well-maintained, but many lights are dim, likely due to the old age of the bulbs. It was difficult to read in the room before bedtime. The power sockets and switches could also be updated and placed in better positions as travellers' needs have evolved.

The location is great, right at the start of Jonker night market. Easily accessible by foot to the eateries. Family mart and 7-11 is just across the street. Service crew are friendly and polite. It is a comfortable stay for our family. Room size is spacious and bathroom is clean.

Bedding was a little hard. Rooms are old and in need of a good touch up, but clean.

Basically right in the middle of the historic jonker walk district. Great if you are visiting for the night markets during weekends.
