Parking was a challenge if you brought a vehicle and would need to roam around to look for a decent one.

Location very near to Jonker street and was very convenient to go out for food. Especially being near to Stadthuys. Walking around and back to the hotel, it was easy for us to get around. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

As the hotel is located within heritage site, no parking service is available. You need to park your car at public carparks located at a distance. If you have old folks that are not convenient to walk. You will need to drop them at the hotel and drive around again to park your car.

The air conditioning was not good enough which is not so cold even I choose -16°. The bathroom for the toilet area was flooded with bath water because no discharge hole at the toilet are. And water heater not working.

Very strategic place to go around the town which is a hotspot for tourists. Near to the church, 5min walk can arrived at A Famosa and Melaka River Cruise.

Elevator smells and hallways were a little unbearably hot during the day but otherwise no complaints

First of all, the desk man Wan was so lovely. Happy to help and went out of his way to make recommendations on places to eat and the like and super easy to communicate with. The location is also great and the rooms are exactly as advertised. So far best hotel wifi of any hotel Ive been to in my travels so far.

There was a damp smell in one of the 3 rooms we booked. Bearable. Understand it’s a heritage building. And only so much can be done. Staff were helpful and offered to change the room.

- first room was a bit dark and smelly. We could get a new room without any discussion. The new room was superb - the shower did not warm up properly the last day of our stay. But it was not so cold that you could not use it. All in all I definitely would recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers.

Dayah was the receptionist who received me. She is very professional and friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. Wan was the person at the counter when i checked out. I want to thank him for helping me in time of need. The overall experience in the hotel was excellent. Will definitely come back again. If you are looking for hotel in Melaka, be sure you stay in this one.
