We had to sweep the floor. We dont mind at all but i got baby. Of course cleaness is my 1st priority. I hope the staff will be aware abt this. Please sweep and mop the floor before the guest check in. I got the same experience for another day i stayed at your unit.

Electric cookware (the pan) function labelled in chinese words, not quite sure how it works.

New place, clean, quiet, good facilities especially the swimming pool for the young children. Walking distance to eateries and grocery stores.

The room was a bit dirty, there’s dust on the room and the bathroom. Even i found couple of hair on my bed🤢 Staff need to be extra clean for the room & the wifi suddenly didnt work at 8pm. Response was slow from the staff. No free parking.

1. The air conditioning in the living room was not functioning properly; it felt like a fan rather than providing cool air. 2. The unit was supposed to include a kettle, but none was provided. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and calls to your staff, I received no response and the issue was not resolved. 3. WiFi did not work and mobile internet was poor. 4. No water supply after 12am. I contacted your staff multiple times via WhatsApp and calls with no response. I noticed staff in the lobby were often on their phones and unresponsive. Due to these issues, I decided to check out a day earlier than planned, as I felt quite frustrated and disappointed. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly for future guests. Thank you.

Scam.. the deposit was not refunded already wait for 6days , and they didnt respons at all.. not recommended staff also slow respons bad respons service is very bad..

Never book under this company again. Been here two times, first time is under name Pinstay, second time now is Cairo but they are same company which provide same lousy service. Said 3pm check in but waited until 5:30pm, bcs they dont even have enough staff to clean the rooms. All communications are bad. The customer service WhatsApp will never respond to your msg effectively even ignore you. One of the bedroom aircond is not functioning well, told them and they said will come to check. In the end no one come to check and solve the problem for me until the time I check out. Hire more staffs if you want to do such business so that you wouldnt pissed your customers off.

Location is ok, public facilities are good and suitable for family with children.

- One of the bathroom toilet not clean up, disgusting. - the single bedroom Aircon leaking, cannot use. - dining room Aircon not cold, just like fan function. - we are unfamiliar with the WiFi connect, asking for help, no response, feel bad.

Size of the unit just nice. Nice swimming pool and children play ground. During check in not meet our booked unit, due to room still not ready at 5.40pm, but is settled then owner willing to give us actual unit after that.

the direction of th aircon of the queen bedroom is blow directly to my head. i just feel bit unconfortable. and no complete kitchen utensil providing like knife, can opener...etc
