The whole antique vibe was really a nice touch for the place. Well maintained and I really like the room. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

Carpet was wet when we arrived so room smelt musty. Could do with airing out rooms between guests.

Nice surroundings - lots of places to eat and drink milk tea/coffee nearby. Room was quite small but clean and good value for money. Hotel feels trendy. Rooms have windows onto courtyard or street.

Housekeeping - there were cigarette buts in the room when we checked in. On second day, had to call reception to clean-up room when we came back in the late afternoon as it was not done up even then. The bathroom floors were rough (non slippery) but made it harder to clean and always had the lingering urine smell when we first checked in. However, they cleaned the floors up with stronger detergent after our complaints.

Easy to locate the hotel and was in a good locality. Shower was good. Parking was convenient. The eateries surrounding this hotel is worth exploring and the new dessert shop Meet Sweet behind the hotel gets 2 thumbs up.

Long story. First they gave a room with keycard failed, need to use key to open the door (super tricky way to open too). then aircond not cold at all. So change room at 11pm. The new room - no bathroom mat & no toilet roll. =.= TV spoiled.

Bed is comfort. Bathroom is big. Saw a lot of bad comment for WIFI so far we did not face this issue.

the used towels from previous customers were left inside the room, the cleaner opened my room when I was taking nap.

The suite air-condition is not sufficiently cold. The suite room is on ground floor next to the reception which is lacking privacy.

The room is a bit smelly. The carpet smell is so strong and i find it a bit uncomfortable. There is no hairdryer, iron & iron board in the room. It will only be provided if you request for it which is a bit a hassle. You might need to go get it yourself at the reception area. The room size is also quite small.

The look & feel of Baba Nyonya is so pretty and very insta worthy. I love the lobby area as it is so clean and beautifully decorated. The location of this hotel is very strategic and everything is within our reach. The receptionist was also very helpful and kind.

Location was quite convenient, not in the busy city center and free parking available. Nice ambience and night is very lively. Decorations of the hotel is very nostalgic

ROom is not exactly clean. You can still see dust on table top and side table. Towels were not prepared earlier on, we only got it after being request. We had difficulty upon checking out as well but sorted it out only after 1/2H.

Stair, climbing stair. Room is small, a Premier King is actually a Queen. I am 5ft3inch, put my hand up my feet touched the end of bed and my hand touch the headboard. No sofa as in its description. The 1st room we were in the toilet full and fall out all the time, they changed us to 2nd room, the toilet water run all nights. When I checked in they refused to give me the invoice after I made payment with my CC, told me they will provide the invoice when I check out. When I checked out, they refused to give me invoice saying that they will send to me through email. Something very fishy, if I am an income tax officer, they will be investigated.

The location is alright.

No lift yet it was pricey. The carpet were so hard and not comfortable to walk but luckly slippers were provided.

The parking is a bit problem especially when you check-in the evening when people come for their dinner at the restaurants located surrounding the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed in a classic pre-war building. Overall the hotel is clean and the interior is also well designed with old classic furniture. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is as well quite strategically located nearby all tourist attractions.

The location is strategic. Near to attraction places and yet it is quiet. The hotel is clean and the price is so reasonable. The restaurant which served Baba & Nyonya food is so delicious..it is like home cooked meal. The staff is so friendly and helpful..in fact they gave us a room to pray even though we had already checkout from the hotel. It is the reason why it is our 3rd time staying here..Thank you Kapitan..we will be back soon!

The room is a bit stuffy. The linen is dusty. The iron room is far from room, should be designated at one floor.
