Malaysia1. The room was not clean. The refrigerator still have rotten leftover from previous occupant. 2. The toilet door is made of frosted glass with no lock. We just had to be creative to make sure my 4, 6 year old children did not stomp into the room while I was in it. 3. The front desk personnel unable to answer simple question such as how much the breakfast would cost. 4. Lack of parking space. My family and I had to park our car outside of hotel, which was at the back alley. 5. A/C was not working fine. The room was quite warm making my children having difficulty to sleep. 6. Loud noises from vehicles at nearby road can be heard inside of the room, affecting my youngest daughter.
The hotel has a family room that can accommodate up to 6 pax.

MalaysiaNot provided with a breakfast for a suite that cost RM590.00 for two nights. WIWO hotel, Bintulu that cost RM118.00 per night provided breakfast for two guests. I thought I would get a few dollars back when I checked out as the rate per night was RM557.00
My stay at the hotel was a nightmare. The TV set was not working - the female staff at the counter did nothing when we asked for help! The cups provided were put directly on the table surface and not on a tray.
