there were steps leading to the bathroom so will be very inconvenient for elderly traveler The design has a sliding gate for the wardrobe that is pushed between the wardrobe and dressing table. this is very inconvenient and i actually had my finger knocked against the panel when pushing it. no divider in bathroom so whole bathroom is wet when showering. Tile also slipperly.

The location was excellent, easy to reach and find coming from the airport and well located for all of our every day needs. My nephew has lost his wallet and the people at the reception were very helpful to do everything to get it wack!

The hallway is a balcony, so you don’t t really use your window and you can hear the street noise.

The part l did not like was that there's no view from our window, hopefully l will get a better room next time.

I like the location of the hotel, close to everywhere. The staff is helpful in giving the right advice for transport and shopping. The room is comfortable. The eating places are plentiful and exciting, the market nearby is a plus.

Our room had no windows, didn’t see that statement when we made the booking. But we saw other rooms located near the street, it probably would have been a little loud if you don’t like the noise when sleeping.

Housekeeping helps clean our room, change the towels and replenish the water. There’s also a public drinking water dispenser available. TV does not have much channel options but the wifi is strong enough to watch movies on my on devices. We chose to walk-in their breakfast restaurant next door on the last day and the buffet set was good. Very nice reception from the lobby area, the staff guided us to the main door and the receptionist was also very welcoming, even though many of us were waiting to check-in. Walkable to many tourist spots in Georgetown too!

Some rooms have no windows - can be depressing for those who need sunlight or want to stay longer in the room. If you just want to get some sleep, it does not much matter. Breakfasts in nearby restaurant have a bit too narrow choice - for a longer stay this would be problematic.

Great location in the middle of town, just a few steps to hundreds of street food and shops, close to buses to travel anywhere around the island.

Not enough parking bay in hotel. On street parking are full most of the time. Bathroom get wet after shower.

Location is very near to Penang Road and night street hawker. Hotel provide hot & cold water filter at the hall outside the room. Hot shower water pressure is very good.

The bathroom was ok but the shower curtain is slightly dirty but still ok . Had to climb steps to get to the bathroom which might be abit hassle for old folks and young children

Very tiny and dark rooms mostly. Booking.com says room with view, not any to most cases!! Original room was a total turn off!! Breakfast not worth the price.

Friendly, helpful stuff. Great location. Was able to switch room to save the vacation.
