Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The apartment is great and so nice especially for family. The kids are happy because the owner provide toys in the apartment. Overall, this place are recommended to those are planning to stay for legoland trip. very near.

Singapore- Living room was infested with small cockroaches (mainly comes out from the dining table) - Sink was infested with small cockroaches - Living room floor was dirty - Toilet floor was slippery / slimy (almost slipped twice) - Toilet bowl in the master bedroom was dirty - Mattress cover in one of the bunk bed rooms was dirty (blanket was stained) - TV channel was not working - One of the bunk bed was old and creaked alot, the sound was super annoying at night when we were all trying to sleep

Malaysia1) Only one small mirror is provided in the entire apartment which is in the shared bathroom. 2) Guests on short stay/vacation wouldn't want to cook. Hence, a microwave oven is required to heat up the food that they bought especially after the food has been kept in the fridge. 3) Remote controllers for all electrical equipments should be constantly checked for their functionality. 4) Blankets appeared soiled.
1) The presence of a mini market at the ground floor that sells things at reasonable prices, provided great convenience to us. 2) This apartment is located quite near Legoland which is the main attraction in the area. 3) Lots of toys in the apartment which can keep the children happy and busy. 😄

the property literally made us feel like home. the host not only provide basic hotel necessities, but he also provided toys (lego and other toys), and cooking oil which for me is very unusual for hosts to provide. big family? no worries. the house super spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. the most amazing thing is, every room has aircond in it. if you’re planning to go to Legoland, worry not as it’s only 3 minutes away from the property

The location is very near to Legoland. Facilities provided in the unit are all functioning. Easy dealing with owner for check in and check out. Owner responsiveness is good.
