- parking place bit confuse, but after one round you will be able to find out where to park - there are construction site in between the building, and environemnt bit scary if you not familiar with this place.

There is mosquito/bugs in the rooms. We bought spray to get rid of them. We stayed in one of the room next to the aircon condenser so it was very noisy. No mini fridge.

The room had no window, which is OK for a couple of nights only. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear neighbours, but I think this is typical of many hotels in Asia. You cannot reach the tourist area by foot, but it's an easy Grab ride. There is a bus opposite the main road that takes you to the centre to 2 Myr . Otherwise, it's 10 myr grab ride. But otherwise it was clean which is very important to me, and the price very good to make up for everything else!!

Very clean, which is the most important thing! The shower had a glass to avoid flooding the whole bathroom, unlike many other hotels we had. All was clean, nice white sheets , very good air-conditioning. Very good cafe" just next door serving the traditional white coffee. So overall, I was happy with the room.

The water temperature and the Location . It was too dark, the way to the hotel was dark. Could have give some lighting. The water filter was not working. There were some random people sitting outside the hotel, making me feel so insecure to get down from the car in darkness.

Spacious Room and the cleanliness. Bed and Bathroom was super comfy.

Response was slightly delayed from owners/PICs. Lighting is a main issue for me - from the exterior of the building (feels unsafe); to the room - there needs to be a curtain or some covering for the door as well, as light is able to go through into the room (quite bright) and we can't turn the outside light off. A bit hard to sleep. Normal ceiling lights is also very bright and a bit too strong on the eyes.

Cute and cosy room, well decorated and designed! Convenient for those who need a space to sleep. Easy check-in/check-out process.

The surrounding location leading to this place is dark and inn below is a bar/club place at midnight. Doesn't feel safe with people loitering and chatting outside until wee hours and revving their cars. Lastly able to hear door open/close from nex room and people walking sound especially at stairs due to weak sound-proofing.

Clean room & toilet; comfy pillows and bed, and good WiFi. Have a water dispenser which is excellent. No facilities provided as the message received when u booked but it's fine given the price, comfort and cleanliness.Recommneded for solo traveler or for business trip. Free and many parking.
