It was my second time staying there. The waiting time is too long to get to the table for breakfast because of the many people. I have been to many hotels regardless of the season and have never encountered this issue elsewhere. The staff also don't have an effective way to control the crowd and the long queue. The management should consider upgrading the restaurant's capacity or preparing extra tables during peak season. And please remind the staff at the check-in counter to put a smile on their face. Even though a fake smile is already good enough for me.

Dated furniture. Office chair had no support, tv was quite old (no hdmi input). Gym was not air conditioned. So you will sweat a few pounds in an hour (could be good if that’s what you are after).

Friendly staff and clean room. Gym was huge and had most of what you need for a workout. Although it wouldn’t be considered a 3-4 star in any other city, so it’s important you adjust your expectations in terms of amenities and room quality. Location is great, walking distance to central market and night market. Right along the river.

1. Quadruple people room only have 2 towels. Charging extra if having more person. Should have 4 towels if the room is expecting 4 occupant. 2. Swimming pools rules for towels are ridiculous. Towels are exchange with room keys. As a hotel resident, i would expect after swimming, I would take my towel covering my wet body and go to the my room to change fresh and dry clothes. Because of the ridiculous rules I can only wipe myself and return the towel to get back my room keys, and go back to my room with my wet clothes.

Wifi was a bit patchy, but overall good. Some of the staff are a bit problematic as I received three phone calls for the one issue one day, with the same message each phone call… I didn’t do anything wrong. One of the staff was harassed by other staff because I kept asking for her to hang out with me outside of work…. The security and door staff are really friendly and cool. The breakfast is good.

The room is ok. But the toilet is not very clean. The toilet bowl is broken. The bathtub wall can see mould on the wall. The in-house phone is broken. Only can use the phone in the toilet. Over price and hope they will improve the room .

Breakfast buffet were basic. Staffs were not proactive in assigning tables for guests as there were limited space. Receptionist were not that friendly nor hospitable, no sense of welcoming into the establishment. However, there was this one lobby boy that greeted us with smile and helped us with our bags up to our room. Very friendly and hospitable.

I've always stayed at Kingwood when I head down to Sibu. The staff is always friendly and the location is good. The buffet breakfast had a big improvement from the last time I had it.

during my staying here, the parking was full. there are no parking for in house guest. @lis u put the sing of reserve for those who are staying here. 😌 please reserve the parking for in house guest. its very disappointed not even the multistorey carpark was full outside the building even worst😌 & not give to outsider that attending the event. that park there temporary

Wifi slow, Celcom phone coverage low, 1 bottle mineral water per day person, 1 shower gel tube and 1 shampoo tube per day for 2 person, 1 pillow for each person, room service food quality is not to the expected.

Poor breakfast, especially they served breakfast in big convention hall at ground floor of Block 2 because of 2 conferences on 6 and 7 July. The hall was so cold (can be warmer to save electricity) and so all all the food for breakfast!
