Back area from the hotel..so much abandon building..much adore if can block the view with some bamboo planting..or else if it can be part of or sort of view rather than scary abandon site each time open the window

1:My top neighbor making noise by moving chair until late twelve at night. Report to receptionist by nil joy. 2:Water heater shower head need replacement. 3:TV channels not entertain , it's boring...and plus the aerial connection so bad. Disappointing. 4:Found no winding machine around hotel. 5:Found no simple spoon or stick to stir coffee inside room.

Despite the plus points of this place, we feel that a few things should be looked into for a better customer experience: 1. For 2 mornings in a row, the gardener used the leaf blower at 8am, forcing us to wake up when we tried to sleep in since we were on holiday. Perhaps start work at 10am instead? The management should seriously improve this as it is a true spoiler to an otherwise beautiful experience. 2. The bathroom definitely needs a facelift: The wooden door is rotting, the flush doesn't work, the bedet hose holder is broken & doesn't hold the hose properly, and the toilet paper was just enough for our 3-night stay (would be better to have a full roll when guests check in). 3. A handcloth for the bathroom would be practical. The hotel only provides the basic bath and floor towels.

This is not our first visit to Port Dickson and so far, Klana Beach Resort is the best accommodation we have stayed in. 1. The location is perfect - the beach is in front of the property, and there is a secure and proper walkway leading to the beach for a scenic view. It's really peaceful and quiet for fishing, a stroll or reading. Shops are only about 3km away. 2. The property is well managed and clean. 3. The rooms are well equipped for a 3-star hotel. The beds are comfortable but personally, I would've preferred pillows that are not too bulky. 4. The staff at the reception and coffee house, and the guards are professional, attentive and polite. 5. The buffet breakfast spread generally has a wide variety although we're not used to the sweetened roti canai and diluted kopi O 😅. The menu for ala carte meals has a good selection with reasonable prices. 6. The WiFi reception is good.

Well, again, i felt the room wasn't exactly the best of the best, but it was comfortable. It had all the amneties required and was really clean only set back the ambience just felt 3 stars rather than 4-5 stars. But it isnt a set back just something i felt the resort could upgrade on. On another set back i found was when one of team members wanted to request for some water at the coffee house and was suddenly met with the resort staff (Probably having a bad day or something) whom asked my staff to leave the coffee house. Mind you the the resort does not have an available water dispenser, so i was a bit troubled but the refusal to provide some water and being asked to leave as it was not during opening was a bit off. But all in all, my team myself had a wonderful stay and despite the setbacks I would consider coming back and recommending KBRPD to the rest of Networks, friends & Family.

The place was kept clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and nearby beach. I had booked for 8 rooms and all were alright. Not exactly the 5-star luxury u would imagine having, but some what around a 3 star type room setting. It was still clean and very well maintained, just the ambience of the room didn't feel like a 4-5 star living.. but overall was alright. The breakfast buffet was really good. (At least to me it was. It had a sufficient variety of spread, and i like it very much. I've stayed at a few 5 star resort and most of them did not provide breakfast buffet as good as KBRPD. Their waiters were polite and really efficient. They made sure and asked us if we were done with a plate before they wanted to take it away. I found that really respectful. Again, i have satayed at a few 5 stars where they assumed the plate was done and just proceeded to taking plates away from tables without out asking first. Do kudos to the coffee house team for your professional service team. As well as the front desk team for their kind and welcoming gesture.

The toilet flush seems to be broken a bit and the things are not getting flushed fully. The toilet bowl is not as clean as other parts of the room. The cleaning crew should pay extra attention to toilet bowl and scrub them well. Another thing that could improve was that the food at hotel's restaurant (a la carte food is delicious, I am talking about the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner). The buffet doesn't taste good, and very extremely limited choice. I see only dish for rice, one meat dish, one egg dish, one vege dish for someone who wants to have rice. There are not much other options either. There is one porridge or soup, and a few desserts. For the price that we pay, there should be more options. Another thing is hotel doesn't allow the guests to bring outside food to the room and only ask to eat at their own restaurant. This restriction is not good in my opinion for a hotel not offering a wide variety of cheap food.

I love the cleanliness of the room, and the location.

Bathroom switch and water heater switch hidden behind sliding door. The lights switches far away from bed, difficult to control. Airconditioning leaking and noisy.
