In general, everything was fine, but there were difficulties with payment (the terminal at the hotel did not work) and they wanted to ask me to go to the nearest ATM 30 minutes away (remember, this was at 1 o’clock in the morning), in response to requests to leave something as a deposit and decide in the morning The staff did not agree with the problem (it was not pleasant), fortunately for me, the second terminal was able to make the payment, and I was checked in.

Nice boutique hotel, the room is clean, spacious enough for one person (though it would be cramped for two). Very cozy. View from the window onto the street. I was pleased with the late booking, I arrived at 1 am, I was met and checked in.

Turn down service is not fully done, we asked for additional shampoos, gels and received a response it is going to be our last according to the number of nights we have booked which is a bit unpleasant to hear for guests. And serving the food takes a little bit longer than how it's supposed to be. Hope they have options for double beds.

I love how tasty the food they serve! Highly recommended! Lovely interior design and very accessible to tourist spot areas.

Our first room was facing the Main Street and the window was poorly sealed so it was very loud all night, but the staff kindly switched rooms for us and it was much better.

If youre driving and need parking, the entrance is VERY narrow. Takes a bit of manoeuvring to get in. But once you know, all is good.

I love everything about it. The location was great and the hotel looks amazing. Bed was comfy too! Perfect size room for solo travellers or even a couple.

Breakfast at the hotel is a bit meh and limited, especially considering what you're paying. And, ugh, the complimentary snacks? Covered in ants! But, shoutout to the awesome customer service from the receptionists and security. Can't say the same for the breakfast servers though, they're kinda dropping the ball. Overall, mixed feelings, but the stellar service from the front desk and security helps balance things out.

I enjoy the ambiance of the bedroom, especially the elegant aesthetic of the hotel's design. I appreciate the selection of Aesop toiletry products in the bathroom, which adds a touch of luxury to the overall experience.

Internet quality in the room didn’t allow video calls for work- had to use coworking place across the road.

Location is excellent - 8 minutes of walking to the very center of KL. Room was beautiful and super clean. Nice amenities.

Car park is quite tight for bigger vehicles! Just be careful!

1. Location - Just 5mins walk to TRX mall. - Quick bite MCD is just right around the corner, and it’s attached to Shell petrol station! So it is good for driver like us! - There’s a Cafe right below! Their coffee is perfect! 2. AESOP! 3. Parking fees is reasonable for 3D2N stay! Overall the stay is excellent! Staff is helpful too! We got free cookies everyday in the afternoon! It is so sweet of them ❤️

Only minor things like the sliding door to the bathroom was a bit annoying and it would have been nice for reception staff to say hello when you come in. The pool area could be open a bit later.

Nothing. All the things I need were there. But it'd be nice to have like hooks for the towels, but that's a very minor thing.

Pretty good location. Not too near to the bustling area around Pavilion, but near enough which is great for car rides to pick you up easily without having to be stuck in traffic. Also, area's quiet. Comfortable room. There's a mini cafe in the lobby, which is great for mornings. Grab and go drinks/food. Aesthetically pleasant all around with a lot of local sensibilities. Easy to navigate. Staff were friendly. Love the complimentary snacks. It'd be nice if we had spent most of the day just being in the hotel room, so will probably come to Malaysia just to do that here.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. From the lobby, the design, the uniform of the staff everything was coherent. The room was perfect, well decorated and refined. The cherry on top is that they had Aesop products in the bathroom. It strongly recommended

Access to the main hotel lobby was tricky for some of the local drivers to find, however this was not an issue when you knew where to go. It would have been nice for the small driveway to maybe have a small sign.

The Kloe was a hidden gem, tucked away in a location that you would not expect such a beautiful establishment to reside. The staff were super friendly - in fact even the other guests were very quick to start up a conversation whilst waiting for a ride or when sharing an elevator together. The stylish choices of the facilities fitout, remained constant throughout, contributing to an overall hip and funky vibe. The free package of assorted treats was very much appreciated and the room itself felt homely and welcoming.
