Nothing really, except the price could be slightly more affordable.

The interiors and decor are different and functional yet aesthetic. The snack box in the room is refilled daily. The staff members are friendly and helpful; food & beverage are commendable. Good books to peruse in Monroe. The lobby is lovely. It's a fun and memorable stay compared with hotels in the price range.

The style of the hotel very very lovely and amazing starting from the lobby all the way to the room. I fall in love with the design .. employees are helpful and kind. Will definitely stay there once i visit Malaysia again

The pastries at the Lucky Bar was not good. The croissant and brownies did not meet expectations with the price. The croissant was not fresh and hard, like it was old. And the brownies was too moist. However, the coffee was great!

The location was great as it was close by to Pavilion and other exciting locations. The place is exactly as is in the pictures provided too, so it met our expectations! The staffs were friendly too and great service from the hotel.

We very much liked the location and the staff. Because hotel is small, staff recognized us and interactions were personal, even though we stayed only 4 days. I would rate the staff as superb regarding their friendliness and helpfulness. Once we asked about an ATM near hotel and because it was late at night, we were offered the hotel security guard to accompany us for safety reasons because the shortcut was through a back stretch without lighting. The rooms are basic but everything necessary was there. Towels were soft and big, toiletries were nice, and cookies delivered to your room every night. The lobby was like a great room with plenty of light and comfortable seating- a nice place to hang out. Breakfast was good but limited to a few items. For a stay of 4 days, this was not a problem. However had we stayed longer, breakfast would have become a bit boring. There was also a bit of a misunderstanding. First day, we were offered juice along with coffee. Last day, we were told that breakfast only included one drink, not two. We were not happy about this since this was new to us. But for this misunderstanding, our stay would have been perfect. If you are looking for value and a personal touch, not luxury, the Kloe will not disappoint.

What a cool hotel - industrial look, with really lovely finishing touches. Very comfortable stay - too short as just an overnight stopover. Great toiletries and snacks in room, which were so appreciated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, and looked after our luggage till late flight, so we could enjoy KL. Can walk to places, though some roads hard to cross, or easy to get Grab. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing morning swim.

However we felt like the pool is not cleaned and hence we decided to cancel our swim and go for a city walk.

It’s a long-waited getaway for me and my friend, and we definitely enjoyed our time staying in KLoé Hotel. Every corner was so aspirational and aesthetically pleasing, even the lobby having good smell and greenery. I like how Kloe hotel treated their guests as if their friends or family, we even received a welcome note from hotel manager sharing all the things we should be aware of. Another great experience is - KLoé hotel is so sweet offering luxury brands - Aesop’s body and hair care products in all the bathroom or toilets. A small part we’ve noticed but it’s worth mentioning - Kloe hotel is hiring hard of hearing people as their janitor, and she’s so lovely helping us. All the little details made our day and give us a full recharge staying in such a lovely place. Will definitely recommend to all my friends!

The hotel is a little gem in the centre of the city. It is about 10 mins to get to any metro station otherwise you just get a grab and move around the city. I loved the vibe of this hotel.

We really enjoyed everything in this hotel. The pool water looked a little murky and one other quirk was that there is a step up/down from the room into the bathroom which was hard to see (probably for aesthetic reasons). Tripped on it quite a couple of times. Saw another guest that mentioned this as well. So just need to be extra careful on that. Everything else was perfect!

We stayed at the Room to taste. It was such a fun experience with drinks and treats. So many wonderful touches. The room and toilet is very clean. Bed is a little on the hard side but still comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant on 2nd floor serves great food too. Walking distance to Pavilion and TRX. Great stay. Would love to come back again!

About the property I liked everything except the 3 inch step from the room into the bathroom. Almost fell during a nightly restroom visit because it’s close to the bed and one tents to forget that there is a step. But it could me a ME problem.

This property is different. A real comfortable bed, a nice shower and good internet speed. The entire property is quiet and relaxed. Entire building is covered with plants, the washed concrete walls and floors generate a modern touch together with carefully selected furniture items. This hotel has made a name in KL. Also my next hotel booking which was in the historic 5-star hotel THE MAJESTIC HOTEL roared about it.

Honestly I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only v.small gripe was that the A/C was reallyyyy cold, and quite difficult to get the controls 'just right' - but that's probably my fault as the Guest :-)

Kloe Hotel completely exceeded my expectations!!! Every single detail has been designed to such a high-standard, and there are so many small, thoughtful touches throughout the property that make your stay that little bit more special (snack box, designer soaps etc). The Team behind Kloe have done such a great job, I can't wait to go back and stay there again.

Internet was really bad - so if you need to do work that requires high speed internet, but have to rethink. Connectivity was also bad for my Digi line. Also one of the receptionist never really smiled. The rest was great tho!
