Bed was squeezed against the wall. Difficult to get out. Towels were worn out. No vending machines although advertised. Stairwell doors were defective or locked. This is dangerous and illegal.

Good concept. I like that there were no plastic bottles in the room. And the dtinking water fispenser was good. Night light in bathroom is genius.

The bath area shd have a glass door to stop water from getting into the basin area - as the wetness is a hazard for guests - 😩 It does not provide free parking to guest.

The direction from station Universiti to hotel was confusing. You have to cross through mall center and walk on the road for a while. It is not comfortable with heavy baggage. It is better to use Grab from Airport. Next to the hotel is an area, where poor people live and sometimes they are burning something - it creates a smell. There were no kitchen equipment - plates, cutlery, only 2 mugs. Poor wifi connection.

Great accomodation for reasonable price. Amazing night view from the swimming pool. Modern and clean. I also appreciate automat for drinking water in every floor. Only few minutes by walk from station - red line (easy connection to KL central). We ordered breakfast buffet (5 RM for person/day) and it was fine (local food, fresh omeletes).

Breakfast not much choices, quite expensive for what I got. Road to hotel is confusing. No free coffee and tea in room. No iron and ironing board.

Studio room does not have real kitchenette, only boiler and two cups. I was expecting some furnitures in order to be able to cook. Common kitchen area, same level, you need to bring down all you need to cook in addition to the food of course which I don't find that convenient cause if you travelling for work, you don't bring pots or curtlery in your troelly. Cleaning one per week, hostels has cleaning service every day maybe twice per day and booking is way cheaper than Komune Living. Awful wasting waiting time for elevators. Too poor lift service compared to the number of elevators in the building (6). Too many families, not really a place in which you can have a break in your business. routine. I didn't find in the bathroom dental kit or basic bathroom kit (supposed to be included in basic booking) regardless many "additionals" that are upon request and they charged you for that. Supply in-wall plugs far away from the bed.

Free water point on the floors, even if there is not in the common areas floor (1st and 29th floor). Love that. Staff pretty helpful and kind. Studio Thinker bed is good, I had proper rest, quiete room, I enjoyed that and the big window. Close to a big shopping mall and to Southlink, in which you can arrange breakfast, lunch, dinner with many solution in addition to Starbucks café. Nice view from pool deck.

Pretty much nothing. I liked pretty much everything.

The bed is super comfy! One of the best beds I’ve had in hotels / airbnb. The swimming pool is pretty clean with decent views.
