Friendly host, clean and nice smelling room. Surprised that they provided us with toothpaste and toothbrush too. Thank you for allowing us an early check in as well.

Instruction was very clear on the collection of key card. The place was very clean even the balcony floor. Wifi was super stable and a plus for Netflix too

Host was easy to contact and instructions to get the key was given a day before. Very easy to access. Clean room. Lift was a tad slow and pillows on the harder side but either than that, it’s great value for money!

The direct access time from the residence to the mall could be better if extended to 10.30pm - residents could still use it even after watching the last evening movie at the cinema.

Clean place with functionally useful appliances and utensils. Beds including the sofa bed are comfortable and sheets are clean. Its location, just beside KSL City mall, is exceptionally convenient with plenty of food options. Communication with the owner is responsive. Checking in was a breeze.

Not much. There was a Lion dance performance in the location in nearby locality which went on till 10:30 pm - kept you awake till then. But this is a problem for all the people living nearby not specific to this property.

The host of the property is the biggest plus of this facility . She goes out of the way to help you. Since this is an apartment there was no place to keep the luggage. But the host helped us keep it in the nearby laundry shop - which was very helpful. She is reachable most of the time. Next is the location - it is right next to KSL mall and a short cut entry too. Small balcony in 31st floor - you can enjoy the view if you don’t have small kids 🙂

The building elevator was so scary ... We don't even dare to take elevator alone. Some area in the bathroom needs to be fixed .

Instructions given for check in was a breeze. Location was good. It's was clean in the unit .

1. Wasn't able to locate toothbrush/toothpaste, so just bring along in case 2. The pillows can improve, neckache in the morning (lols)

1. The room was very clean - the floor was a delight to walk about 2. Wifi was also good, no issues with it 3. Has a fridge and washing machine (didn't use), so those intending for a longer stay can consider. 4. Convenient to park as well!

The lift to the facility is slow Lobby area tend to be very crowded with guests and look disorganised at times.

Location is very convenient. Easily accessible to shopping areas and near to coffeeshops and restaurants etc. Apartment is neat and comfortable and have everything you need for a short homestay.
