I've booked through Booking.com with breakfast but when we check in, the receptionist said that my booking WITHOUT breakfast! So not usre whether this is Booking,com's fault or the hotel?

The room was spacious, water heater was function but detailed cleaning was the opportunity.

Breakfast was poor. Small venue, low quality foods, no variety. Awful coffee. Overall, the property is in poor condition and desperately needs some maintenance and renovation

Some of the stairs were not properly maintained. The management should re-paint it to make it more beautiful. I noticed the food for breakfast was not enough for all those who take late breakfast. The food should be topup all the time according to the number of guests at that particular time.

The scenery (golf course) and swimming pool is high class and well maintained. The bathtub well maintained and the bathroom is spacey. We loved it. The hotel is quite old but the management manage to maintain it well. In our room, we did not find any molds or dirty paintings. As the owner of few homestays myself, i understand it is very difficult to maintain old buildings like that. Congrats to the hotel management on that front. We will definitely come again in the future if we can get the same price for the room. 🥰🥰

Food at Cocomo restaraunt for evening dinner not as good as our previous visit in 2020. No atmosphere. Shop on site often closed. Protective barriers looking ou to pool area rotten need replaced.Has hazard tape on it.Outside areas require painting. Mainly non alcoholic beverages sold although some beer available. Walkway to the rooms needs maintenance attention due to water leaks on ceilings. Generally looks run down in that area. No sunbeds or parasols at poolside apparently on order.

Golf course. Room very clean and think furniture had been updated.Shower in bathroom hot and powerful. Staff helpful and pleasant. Usually had food at the golf club restaurant. Breakfast at Cocomo ok but nothing special. Swimming pool OK.

Swimming pool not maintain well, water not enough clean, no chairs for sitting and put on things. The wood floor in the room a bit spoilt, especially in front of the shower room. TV can't watch normal channel program, only online.

Strong water pressure for shower. Great presentation of the food (self paid). Staffs were good. The TV is new, but we didn't know how to connect hotel wifi to watch YouTube, we connected our own hotspot to watch.

Pool area does not have any chairs, even normal chair. Coming with small children we dont have place to rest. Resort a bit old, need good upgrade work. Bathtub was rusty afraid to let my children in.

The location and the scenery, big pool Staffs were accommodating and friendly, quick response.
