This was a great treat on a trip round Malaysia; it is comparatively pricey for KL, but by UK standards it was an unbelievable bargain. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious, free bottled water, lovely toiletries, and a surprise huge balcony and terrace with wonderful city views. The pool and surrounding area are fantastic and the breakfast buffet was very tasty; food in there Bistro was also very nice. The hotel is perfectly located if you are arriving late into KL Central and is directly accessible from the station. There is plenty nearby to explore on foot (try the botanical gardens, butterfly garden and Museum of Islamic Art) and although it is located in an island of main roads, you can just pay 80 cents at the metro counter to use the subway. Everywhere else in KL is easily accessible from the area.

Rooms can be a little cold and appears the best way to regulate this is to switch off the aircon overnight!!!

Location for me is key as the Hotel is opposite Sentral station where the KLIA express comes in to. MH alsos have check-in facilities there which saves carrying your bags if indeed you need to check bags in. The Dining area is superb for breakfast, lunch and dinner and caters for everyone. Very hard to beat as the food is exceptional as is the "Prime" restaurant and its steaks.

Excellent service across all staff in the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Club room and lounge exceeded expectations. Very good breakfast. Easy access to transport in KL.

Some staff need pushing as seem to lack concentration, like asking for coffee in the lobby and forgetting to clear tables or drop copy documents to your room....

Prime Steak restaurant very good but pricey and breakfast dinner buffet in main restaurant unbeatable as has everything for everyone. Great location across from Sentral train station and KLIA Express.

Impossible to overstate the quality of the welcome and service at le Méridien. When we left Karnan Raj, deputed to take our cases to the KLIA Express platform, even put them on the train for us. Fantastic service!

Second time being here. Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a perfect place to stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location is fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to say really. People in Kuala Limpur are always friendly, and services are really good, no matter which hotel.

Room was very modern and clean. Breakfast had extensive selections between chinese, indian and western. located right off the train station made it a quick and easy ride from the airport. Hop on Hop off bus stops right there too so you can go sight seeing at your leisure without a car. Was close to my appointments.

The high chair is time to change, the cushion were worn out and will be lovely if rhe bed is abit harder and the pilllow . I had neck ache and back ache after sleeping. But for me I prefer hard bed.
