Still new and premises is very clean. Strategic location near eatery and city centre. Friendly staff and easy self check in. Family room is super spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows are comfy too. En-suite bathroom is huge and love the high water pressure for the shower.

Self check in is a bit troublesome. Need enter 6 digit to enter main entrance, and another 6 digit to enter your room. However there is someone there to provide help if any.

I just wished that they had like a mini pantry for us to cook maggi, ramen and it will be good if they also had a fridge so that we can use it.

The location is ok la. Its Kuantan, everything is not that far to reach by car. The place is very spacious, room are clean. Toilet are big too. For the price point, its worth your money. There’s iron at the common living room, dryer in the drawer. Toothpaste & toothbrush, soap, clean towel. Parking is super spacious. You dont have to worry, the parking is inside of the house. The staff also helped to pickup your luggage. There’s also a water dispenser at every lvl. There’s game for you to enjoy (we enjoyed playing carom outside)

The accommodation is new, clean & spacious. Everything is great, from the room to the living hall to the variety of games provided. The staff are very friendly & responsive. We stayed 2 nights, one planned night & another unplanned. They fulfilled all the needs.

Kids from other guest make noise at the open area during night & impacted our rest.

Staff were extremely helpful, i asked if it was ok for me to wash my motorbike in their yard, because shipping regulations to NZ and Australia say all vehicles must be thoroughly cleaned, not only did they say yes, they came out with a pressure washer, detergent, cloths etc, and two of them helped me clean it. This wasn't a one off , there were several more situations where they went out of their way to be helpful. As well as super staff, the hotel looks brand new, well equipped, well thought out. It's probably the best hotel I've stayed in in southeast asia.

Overall was good and convenient, clean & comfortable, Very spacious. feel like home but don't have so much time to walk around the home. The staff welcome us w smile. We like the ambience. For sure will back again.

The premise is new, room is super spacious, have basic amenities like coffee and tea, toilet is spacious and clean. Water pressure is surprisingly good. My daughter love the children games. Even have chungkak, Outdoor is spacious with own parking inside the gated compound. Easy self check in. Food is easy and lots of shop within walking distance. Staff is friendly.Fantastic outdoor space with cool breeze. Overall the place is new and clean. Will definitely come back in future.

No hot warer!! Yes, your shower will be cold:( Overcomplicared check-in process, they ask your Whatsapp and email. Opening the room's door is a quest, and you hear commotion in the night, people cannor open their doors without help. Sink is always overflooded. Short beds. Most of reviews 8+ seem fake.
