not friendly parking😅 if wanna go out somewhere need to go to reception first then only you can go out without pay.. so we decide to choose valet parking instead

1) No aircont in hotel lift ..only air blower..and .not confirtable. 2)For safety, hotel should install another handgrill, attach direct to concrete wall and not not direct to glass wall near to swimming pool in each units. People hang direct to glass wall very dangerous.a

The room was spacious and clean. Love the concept of the toilet was saperate between toilet bowl and shower.. 2 bedded king size enough for family stay. Variety of food for bfast. Mostly i love about was the staff so helpful and politely attending you needed.

On the last day, buffet breakfast was not available instead I was asked to fill the order form. So I filled the form at 9:20 and waited for 50min until 10am. At the end, the items I ordered appeared to be sent to different table. The coordination was clearly lacking and boys who were serving the food were unable to communicate in English. Since not much time left for check-out, I had to leave Roselle coffee house without having breakfast. While leaving the coffee house, I mentioned to the manager but his response was more of helplessness. Instead I expected that he/she would take pro-active step to prepare the breakfast and send to my room. But nothing had happened. I then checked out and left. This was very disappointing because there were not many guests so team there should have handled the situation much better.

Room wise it is excellent as normal with lexis hotels. I had been to lexis hibiscus 4 times hence booked lexis penang without second thought.

there is a bus shuttle but please note that it requires you to book 1 day in advance. there is not many other attractions or destinations to visit around the hotel.

The property needs regular maintenance, the sliding doors can't be locked & house keeping needs to be monitored closely as the property was not as clean as expected, since the property is a well known hotel and the chargers are not cheap, the expectations of the guest are also usually high. Overall it was a good stay:) The food could have been better (breakfast) - since I'm vegetarian, I expected more choices but it was ok. The chef was kind enough to ask me if he could prepare me something veg but unfortunately we were almost done with our the breakfast.

The service given by their staff was way too good, immediate assistance from them whenever needed. It was not too busy when we visited the property so they were able to assist us on time. We were given some complimentary fruit baskets along with doughnuts, the taste was ok (appreciate it, thank you Lexis)
