1. When we stepped into our room, it was slippery and sticky. They had just cleaned and mopped the room. 2. There's TV provided but no channel since no Network. Maybe help to configure basic Malaysian Channel TV1, TV2, TV3 3. There's a loud sound from time to time (water pump?) 4. The aircond inside our room also produced a noisy sound 5. Perhaps provide sufficient floor mat 6. Less privacy since the window is transparent and only covered with curtains 7. Poor Network Coverage and Wifi is only available at the receptionist Note : - The price form booking.com is not the final price. There are other charges. - Please bring your own food for dinner and jajan since they don't have it, here

The receptionist area looks beautiful with the status. I like the environment. Relaxing place. They provide breakfast too. Enjoying the pool. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Kettle, instant coffee, towel, tooth brush is provided

I WOULD RATHER LIKE IF POOL AREA IS FULLY TILES AND BECOME MORE SAFETY FOR CHILDREN. IF YOU DON'T MIND, SEPARATE POOL AREA FOR KIDS AND ADULT.

1) Please upgrade the internet 2) One of our rooms has no tv 3) Please upgrade the tv so that for those staying in the room can watch tv 4) The price shows in apps different from the price we need to pay at the property 5) There was loud noise, not sure what is the sound. Maybe a generator or water pump 6) Knowing that people will enjoy the river & play with the water, please provide floor mat

The cleaniliness of the unit we stayed should be upgraded. The room itself got mouldy smell, tv not functioning and the bathroom got clogged.

Just to improve finishing touch such as certain rooms have issues with the water pump and to improve the sliding climb area which is a bit muddy, and breakfast choices.

Balinese concept with a nice view and kids love the place. They have slide, river and also tent to hang up.

We believe that there's always room for improvement. The cleanliness and facilities of the room and the whole premise can be improved.

Spent a night at the LiLLa Rainforest Retreat and thoroughly enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome from the manager, Mr. Azizi, and their other staff. Mr. Azizi was very kind to help us and attend to our needs. The place is comfy, and the environment is nice with beautiful sounds of nature, especially during the rainy season. They have a decent swimming pool and a running river stream surrounding the vicinity. You might also want to check out the tiny creek outside of the property, right next to the front entrance. They additionally pitched up a tent in the middle of the area, so you can feel the mood of the campers. The room is inclusive of a complimentary breakfast too, where they serve delicious local Malay food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would love to come back again in the future.

The bed n pillow excellent.. i love it till I continue sleep after breakfast. We the scenery is awesome Staff very very friendly.. warm n helpful.. complement to en azizi.. rita .. dini .. zaman and to both staff name rehan.. nasi lemak for bfast is delicious … Kuih melayu also delicious..

1. The pool floor. I can feel mold/sediment under my feet maybe because the water source was from nearby river. Need to be filtered. I only spend my time at the stream. 2. Room waste bin is small, outside the room and when i open it, the previous trash was still there. 3. Toilet at the lobby area need to be clean up. 4. The price in booking.com was RM 113.40 but actually when i pay at the resort, the price was RM 131.45. Luckily it’s the difference was only RM 18.

1. Room furniture was new, enough space for 2 people, bathroom was big, quite cheap compared to other resort. 2. The landscape, decoration, small river stream in front of the room. 3. Quiet at night, maybe because it’s monday night and i’m the only customer. 4. I didn’t expect they prepared breakfast for me because i’m the only guest on 20/11 (monday). Breakfast was good enough with nasi lemak, bihun singapore, 2 types of kuih, coffee and tea.

When i check-in on 12/4 there was a group Myanmar Association having their function there, the problem is they making a loud of noise like singing day and night..we are family want to have some relaxation at that area, lucky we only booked 1 night. Management should more strict on your procedure and regulations, so it not affected your customer comfort. Another things, when we review they is swimming pool, but when we arrived the pool like not be cleaned and a lot of leaf and dirty with muds.

Location was good very nature and cooling.

The pool was dirty, murky water and not clean at all. Morning breakfast supposed to be buffet but we were served plain fried maggi, not worth the price we paid, extremely disappointed with this visit and will never suggest this place to anyone nor will i visit ever again. Penghulu room bathroom had water disruption but we were compensated with another unit. Called booking.com for compensation but there isn't any respond from them to date. Overall it was disappointing trip as i brought a team of 11 mainly to enjoy the pool.
