We love the place, spacious and beautiful home. My kids really enjoyed the shower bath tub session. The home was not dusty at all. Towels, pillows, bedsheet has no smelly smell at all. We got to see the fireworks during my stay from level 33. Overall, excellent service from the people such as Edmund, Loy always communicated well and the processes was so easy. Once again, thank you and will try other homestay that under them. Thank you for your accomodation 💜.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff from management to ground. Nice view and has water dispenser , it really helps also the room decoration. Would said me and my friends really enjoyed it and highly recommend this .

Bedsheet had stains but no smell whatsoever. Of close proximity to CIQ but would have to rely on grab due to ongoing construction.

Fun to hang out with friends, esp w game amenities such as soccer table, darts! Also very well equipped with shower amenities, cooking tools which was good to have.

This is my continues stay , very super comfortable apartment .. Super warming and helpful friendly owner . The apartment  have  double storey and the view The apartment is Facing the sea and at  33rd floor .Lovely Kitchenette . Fridge is super big . toothbrush , towel, soap and shampoo, electric dart and football table  also in good condition. Master bedroom  have  bathtub jacuzzi . TV  have  Netflix . My  family and kid very  like this apartment. Top service.... Super comfortable apartment. Nice view , Super Clean apartment. Near to  checkpoint. Super recommend. Give them more than 5* . Powerful Very good and helping apartment owner . I just chat with the owner whether they have rice cooker at their unit . The owner very fast to inform me that they will go and buy one for me . Check in very easy and soft . " Special " and " surprised " that the owner ready bought a new rice cooker for me . The apartment have double storey and the view is nice . Facing the sea and at 33rf floor .Fully Lovely Kitchenette . The apartment also have nice and big Fridge and Washing machine , Microwave , toothbrush, towel, soap and shampoo, electric dart and football table also in good condition. Hot water for showers is one of those instant electric types. Just didn’t get hot enough either enough pressure.

Large spacious apartment with amazing views. Washing machine and kitchen provides a great break from hotel stays. Opposite an amazing hawkers market. The owners are incredibly organised and promptly reply to WhatsApp messages. Amazing checkin instructions.

The master bedroom bathtub jacuzzi pump might need a flush before you use it. And the lack of shower curtain meant you might spray the bathroom while showering so do be careful of wet floor. Air conditioning could be stronger given the sheer volume of the loft. But give it some time and the apartment would be cool enough. If you’re heading out during the day, close the curtains it’ll make it easier to cool off when you come back.

An amazingly cosy property located on the 33rd floor offering a great view of Singapore across the straits. It even has a balcony with two small chairs and a coffee table to enjoy the view from. Lovely kitchenette with a spacious fridge and dining ware all provided for. Toiletries like toothbrushes, towels, soap and shampoo were also provided complimentary of the property. Electronic darts and foosball table were also in working condition, and great way to spend the night aside to Netflix also provided for

Spacious, pretty, nice amenities. Good kitchen ware, filtered water too. Highly recommended. Swimming pool is fabulous, half shaded and even shaded playground and indoor room for kids to play.

As the location is near to CIQ, may be caught in jam of traffic returning to sgp. Do check traffic to plan alternative route.

Very comfortable unit. Excellent view. Well equipped - Netflix, YouTube etc, washing machine, water filter dispenser, microwave, cooking stove. Hosts were awesome. Very responsive and super helpful. All 5 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

For me what I don't like is the bath tub which is a personal preference.

The house is big and with quite a number of entertainment (electric darts board, old school game console, soccer table) It will be a good choice for family or team bonding. Overall it is a clean and spacious place for at least 6 pax.

By far the best Airbnb we have ever stay, nice loft design, we like the soccer table, the dart game is so fun too. Overall clean and even got toothbrush prepared. The host also super steady, super responsive. Sure will come back again

Super clean, safe to walk to the condo, captivating high ceiling and glass window for an unbeatable view of the Johor strait sea view. Great to watch the sunset with a cup in hand. Best of all, it is very convenient for food as there's a lively and modern food court just at the opposite of the property.
