We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe room okey, but in 1 of the room, the toilet was smelly.. And another room, the bed was dirty and also have some smell like something wet but did not properly dry.. We cant sleep in that room actually..Even when we try to spray febreeze and perfume, the smell is so strong...
Staff is okey, once we inform regarding the toilet smell, she go and clean it.

Great location. The management of the place is brand new with a Harry Potter/Hogwarts theme, we’ve enjoyed it a lot! The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. Nice kitchen where you can bring you own food. The owner was so accommodating and helpful to make sure we had a good time. Really great experience overall, definitely recommend.

Czech RepublicGreat staff, quiet, clean, room well layed out. The balcony is nice too (just to chill, read a book, drink a beer in the evening). The location is good too - close to the dive shops and the jetty, but not on the dirty smelly streets that are around there. Overall much better than other accomodations we tried in Semporna.
