Malaysia1. We wished the toiletries were more complete and a little more generous. 2. Buggy service can be improved from the parking to the hotel - though they mentioned there's free buggy service but we were not offered. It might be challenging for elderly travellers.
1. Hotel is new, clean and well-maintained. We were there for a short staycation and it met our expectations. 2 Staffs were accommodating. 3. Room is modern, sleek and clean. 4. Kind gesture from the hotel management, they gave us an upgrade upon arrival and a surprise cake too. We were really delighted with their small touches. 5. There's also a pool slide for adult, which added so much fun to our stay as we did not opt for their spa/lounge service.

SingaporePerhaps the location is abit far off from the main central areas of attraction but nevertheless, still a good place to stay.
Valet services available upon drop off at lobby when driving to the hotel. Really huge lobby with many comfortable seating areas. Amazing pool with 2 water slides. Room was super clean and bed was comfy. Amazing breakfast spread. Kids play area was fun and interactive. Totally loved staying there and will definitely come back again!

United KingdomFor dinner there was only one restaurant and we tried it for our first night but didn’t really enjoy the meal. My katsu curry was cold and just generally the food didn’t match the quality of the breakfast for example, not sure why maybe it’s what we ordered? Wish they had another restaurant option to opt for to mix things up
We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel ! Free and easy parking was ideal for us and so we never had a problem with using our car especially with young kids and lots of baggage. The lobby is stunning, kids club fantastic, pool perfect for a morning swim with the kids and a lovely restaurant for breakfast. We were planning on sight seeing in KL but as the hotel was so nice and accommodating for young families, we wish we had 1-2 extra days so we could enjoy the facilities a little more.

MalaysiaNo mirror at dressing table. Either you go to the bathroom or use wide mirror at bathroom door. Cupboard too small but enough for me for one nite stay. Parking should be better for in house guest.
Check in and out was efficient. Room is sufficient and good size. Not enough tolime to look around the hotel though.

MalaysiaSwimming pool is not clean, green mold, it got stuck on my kid’s swimming suit. My husband stepped on a broken glass inside the swimming pool too. Also, someone stole our phone near the swimming pool. We try to get cctv footage, however the cctv coverage is very limited. Hotel really should consider improving the cctv coverage near the common area. The staff was helpful though…

AustraliaPerhaps it was the fasting month, but the food at the restaurant for lunch (ala carte) took ages to arrive and tasted average. I wouldn't call this a resort, it's a glorified hotel next to a golf course
Breakfast was pretty good 8/10, had a decent spread of western/asian cuisines. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and kids club were nice activities for the kids.

I recommend this Hotel for whomever visiting Kuala Lumpur in first place. Everything was pretty new. Gyms, Pool, Rooms, Restaurant, Spa, Sauna etc. Services we excellent which includes Room service, lobby, Restaurant, Laundry. One thing to note more importantly Spa was really exceptional. Ambience, people, rooms and services were in another world like service. Really loved and very eager to come back especially for it. People were kind and responded softly for all queries which is needed for customers. Pool was very well constructed with lot of play stuff for kids and adults. Well maintained water which is crystal clear. It’s a pool for swimmers, non swimmers, kids and even small babies too. I personally loved and enjoyed there. Gyms (at level 2 only) were perfect with new equipment’s and latest. All were in perfect condition and 24 hr availability. There is a separate room for Yoga too with Mats which is available 24hrs. There was kids play area on the level 1 too There was Sauna on Basement. It’s inside the Bathroom which is separate for Boys and Girls. The bathroom had separate areas to shower, to sit, Handwash and even with free locker storage. There were 2 Sauna rooms, one is Heater heated room with all of inside wooden and another is Steam heated room. These 2 were extraordinary and other amenities too. Restaurants were very big with a lot of variety available like Indian, Chinese, Malay and other Western varieties which was nice to taste. I was a Mainland Indian vegetarian and I had a lot of vegetarian option to taste. The cooks were so nice and if you need something freshly made they will make for you. Laundry was pretty fast and neatly washed, ironed and packed neatly. Lastly Rooms were extraordinary, spacious and neatly maintained. A lot of amenities given and it was really sad when we were checking out. There are separate meeting rooms and party halls too and golf clubs nearby which I couldnt experience personally.

Save for this the room and housekeeping and the lobby and the pool were brilliant the housekeeping team are great
