despite the fast check in process, the toilets were dirty and still had urine stains when I first went into room. I was in a rush to attend another program so I just disinfected everything myself. Unlike other hotels, this one does not provide toothbrush/toothpaste so best to buy ahead or can go to the shops next door. The swimming pool was just adjacent to the buffet breakfast area and may not be convenient for guests who prefer to swim at their privacy. maybe can add some plants or decoration to provide some means of privacy between pool and the inside buffet area.

I appreciate the frontdesk staff for assisting me to check in early and upon check out, they allowed to store my luggage at the concierge as my flight was few hours after checkout time. I loved that the wifi connection was fast and the hotel's location at the city centre was very strategic - everything malls/food outlets were within 5-10 mins away by car. There is also a small mall just next to the hotel (less than 5 min walking) and Watson/Guardian was available to buy last minute necessities (however most of the other shops there were closed).

The room feels old and a bit rundown. hard carpet and the furniture and room needs refurbishment i think. Buffet breakfast could be better.

toilet the tiles need improvement. Single bed is small. They should use Super Single better. Not enough power wall sockets. No tea bags. Only have coffee pkts. Wardrobe need to renovate. Room lights can be brighter.

Room is big and spacious, Sahur food is good, Location is ok. Aircon in room is working fine.

Menu for breakfast less attractive. The room housekeeping not properly done as found empty ciggarates boxes and foodpack inside the make-up drawer with bad smell. No iron board.

The room is spacious and near the business and mall. The hotel personnel responded well upon request for assistance.

(1) Our rooms were assigned late to us despite letting the hotel know when we would arrive during the booking. We waited about 30 - 60 mins. (2) My guests stayed on the 4th floor below the ballroom (5th floor). Because there was an event going on, my guests had trouble sleeping due to loud noise until almost midnight after a long day we had. (3) Parking space was awfully limited. Checked-in guests had to share the parking space with day guests. (4) The dining area for breakfast on LG was quite hot. It was facing the morning sun and because it was glass wall (not sure if it's tinted), we can feel the heat from outside.

(1) Booked 2 rooms & they were clean, spacious and comfortable. (2) Staff were friendly. (3) We thought the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We tried some cheesecake from the cafe on G floor, and they were delicious too. (4) Near to restaurants and convenient store.

We were attending conference there. The washrooms near the conference room were not well-maintained and cleaned. It should be cleaned regularly as there were many people attending the conference used the washrooms regularly. The waste paper basket was overflowing. Some of the toilets were unable to flush etc.

1. Check-in process too slow. Eventhough there are many people queing but you can speedup the process actually 2. I chose 1 bed while making my selection in booking.com but the hotel gave me twin beds instead and the reason given it wasnt available. I didnt requested but I chose as there were options while making my reservation
