The building starting crack. The stair got few got hole. The second room walk crack. Really management need take a look with the whole building. If can do install another glass door after the wooden door. Daytime really noisy. Night time was not safe.keep ppl wan to enter and press the number. Really hope it can be better.

I book one suite room. They upgrade my room to two bed suite room. Hahaha just 1 person of me. Midnight quietness really good. The bed the place just like home. Will go back to stay if im there.weather too hot. The whole day just stay in room.

Pillow is a bit too high for me, but my travel partners feel ok. Room closed to street is a bit noisy, but we sleep pretty well with ear plugs. However air in bathroom is way too stuffy.

Shower needs fixing, wouldn't stay in place during a shower and shower door does not seal properly. Paint work is peeling a bit on walls and ceiling and need a recoat. Our biggest issue was MacCallum Street, very, very busy and at times almost impossible to cross. Not the fault of the hotel.

Private and good space. Good location, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, hawkers stalls and old town attractions. Furniture was comfortable and all required kitchen items supplied. Staff were excellent and always available.

The fridge is not working. The sofa is not clean. Room is big and cozy. The bathroom panel has gaps and water leaks out when bathing. FLood the entire toilet.

No parking. If you drive here, got to park at road side & maybe challenge to find parking. No water filter & dispenser in room. Reception only open from 9am-7pm. Front room noisy, can hear vehicles passing. Water flowing out from floor traps when you shower or using basin.

Good location, easy access to restaurant with walking distance & short distance to major attraction with car. Free upgrading our rooms. Daily cleaning & replenish bottle water, toiletries & towels. Kitchen equied with essential items, 2 in 1 Washer & dryer. Coffee machine at lobby for free coffee. Friendly staffs. They help you to refill water into your Tumbler or bottle. Early check in when we arrived. Free late check out till 1pm. Can keep our luggage after check out.

Pillow was a little too soft. Some lights were fused during stay. Parking was abit of a challenge as there was no parking space on site so we had to park along the roadside and download an app for public parking. Morning traffic was very busy and we could hear cars driving past as the hotel was just by the main road.

Apartment was spacious and all amenities you would ask for a home is packed into the apartment! Well kept and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was not too noisy at night even though the hotel was by the road. Mall was within walking distance and late night eateries were available without having to travel too far.

The seal could be optimized, cause it was very loud night an day, caused by the street in front if the door. The flat wasn't perfectly clean. There was no laundry rack for the wet clothes. The kitchen is simple equipped, but for nothing more than easy breakfast. There was no tea towel, or salt and pepper for example.

The flat has a modern interior, a direct entry from the street with a few stairs. The communication with the friendly staff was easy via What's App. The flat is in 10 min walking distance to the old town of Georgetown. There is a good authentic food court near by, beside other small restaurants. We chose the apartment because of the washing machine. We were provided with laundry detergent.

The master bed room is right next to the road so it's quite loud there. Towels are a bit old and water from shower area leaks and floods toilet.

The location was good, walking distance to many places. Impressed by the room, it has a washing machine, pots and pans, bowls and utensils. Also really love the large sofa that can fit all 4 of us comfortably. Really good space if living with a group!

Facilities needed repairs and had to be told but replacements and small repairs were managed. The toilet suction fan could not be done on time over our 4-day stay though. Too few TV channels.
