The coral surrounding was not lively and the water house still can improve on the setup at least more area for taking photos or relax like mabul island

We couldn't swim in the water in the morning because there was so much rubbish floating around. I understand this is from a nearby village but it's the responsibility of the hotel to keep the area clean for guests - we spent over an hour filling a black bag with plastic rubbish. Really ruined our final morning there and very sad to see hotel staff not taking more action against this pollution.

The setting was beautiful and the room was clean. We loved watching the sunset from our private balcony. The food was basic but fine.

The location and views are amazing, but the resort itself needs work done. It’s old and looks a little run down. My bed was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom wasn’t the greatest. My toilet didn’t work. I told reception about it, but I don’t know if it was the language barrier, but nothing was done. The food wasn’t good either. Overall, I don’t regret booking this stay and I made the best out of it, but it’s a budget stay

The views are exceptional at this resort. The water is just clear and so beautiful. The island hopping tour was also a lot of fun and I highly recommend doing them. The staff is also really sweet.

The resort, in general, was very rundown. No TV, aircon, or fridge, and the Wifi had intermittent signals. The walkways were made of planks, which can be hazardous due to protruding nails and splinters. Sometimes, we had low pressure running water. As such, we had to fill the plastic pail provided with water for our showers. Breakfast, lunch, tea breaks, and dinner tasted average. Travellers may want to stock up with their own food if they are picky eaters.

You can literally jump off from your balcony into the crystal clear sea. Picturesque view from your balcony, which is Instagram-worthy. They had warm and helpful staff. It is one of the best snorkelling places in Malaysia. My children love the snorkelling activities, especially during low tides.

I didnt see like a lot a lot of fish or marine life. There were some....but the waves were quite strong for snorkelling. But they do provide life jackets and snorkelling equipment I can see they dont cater much to vegetarians though. I saw a poor soul having rice and vege only.

It was an ok stay, the views are nice and there are fishes around the chalets. Water is very very clear and the food is good - they served crab and fish for dinner.

Multiple things: - the food was really limited choice and there are no drinks, other than coffee, water and very sweet juice . - each evening we faced a karaoke session. Local people shouting in a microphone. Our daughters were not able to sleep. - staff, with exception of a few, do not speak English, it was difficult to communicate. - rooms are small and no airco - the tours are overpriced, unfortunately you don't have a choice.... - the transfer via boat from semporna is overpriced. - we saw quite some dirt and plastic in the water.

The toilet could be better maintained. The toilet bowl flap is missing. The shower on/off was stuck. Sometimes the water pressure is very low. The problems were not solved after complain done. There is no hot water. The karaoke is just too loud and went on till after midnight. People come here to rest not listen to loud singing.

It is built right above water. Beautiful views of the sea and nearby islands. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging for our snorkelling trips and booking for seafood like lobster. Ptayer mats are provided.
