The way from car park to the check in lobby, and also the way get to the hotel room ready confusing

Night time driving, the road is very dark and part of the road no light and very dangerous went raining .

Couldn’t get any grab taxi to go locally such as Resorts or casinos because of the location. We had to book hotel taxi Every time which was expensive. Also breakfast wasn’t included. Had to pay separately which I consider as expensive for the spread of dishes they have.

We are staying at block 4, and we have to walk around within 10 minutes to the car park. Also, 10 minutes to drive up. Genting highland is not really convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable , also the price was reasonable if you were travelling with whole family members.

-- location the location is very strange, and I would provide much better and more thorough guidance to guests, especially at the roundabout where you have to make a very, very sharp left turn to get onto the right road towards this property. However, this 'sharp' left turn has a construction site barrier at the front (see the yellow dot in the picture i provided). If you arrive at night in heavy foggy condition, you could easily miss this exit while going around the blockade and mistake the next exit as the correct one. If you do so, you will be on a long way back down the mountain and towards kuala lumpur. -- car park also you park your car in tower one, take a lift to level 7, walk across inside the building to tower2 and this same level becomes level3 in tower2, you then keep walking towards tower3 where you checked in and you keep going to tower 4 where you take the lift to find your room. (i might have got floor or tower number wrong but you get the gist) also make sure you have touch'n'go card and it has enough balance or you have enough cash with you to reload it in the convenience store next to the car park entrance, otherwise i have no idea what's the solution. -- cleanliness the balcony was very dusty and dirty, basically in a condition where construction work just finished, linen and curtains are also less ideal. we were too tired as we arrived very late, we only found out the next morning.

once you have reached the property, you will appreciate the genting highland and thus this property's location; the reception was very friendly too.

Located on the beautiful place and wonderful view. The rooms is very clean, very comfortable for me and my family. Its easy and near to sky avenue. Love this places.

Initially we had difficult time to get to the area, but the staff were friendly & helpful to direct us accordingly till we reached our room, special thanks to Mr Suresh & Mugesh, Definitely will come back.

The parking is difficult, and the lift system sucks, we're use lifts at parking and end up in the hotel kitchen. View is next to ongoing construction building. Luckily, in the evening we're are covered with mist until morning.

The room is superb, clean, and nice. The air is refreshing, and we stay on cloud.

The shared bathroom was too small in my opinion and there were not enough toiletries for the whole family. We didn't know how to operate the appliance as well as there was no manual or anything. The breakfast buffet offered had little choices and was not commensurate to the price they were charging.

I like that the room was spacious for our family.

No utensils at all. Should have provided at least garbage bags, dish washer etc not kitchen friendly at all for family. If all these are not provided at least indicate on the website. Not all the items we needed are available in the convenient store downstairs. Other apartments we rented before provided kitchen utensils etc couldn’t believe Ion Delemen’s kitchen is empty. Even the induction cooker is not working. The stench in the bathroom and bedrooms are quite bad too

There are so many towers is complicated. Should indicate which Tower the guest staying, we went round and do not know which Tower we staying and do not know where to park the car. After getting information from the hotel staff we parked out car but still do not know how to get to the Tower we staying .

The property is clean and full set of toiletries were provided. The staff are helpful and friendly.

No ceiling fan, and fire sprinkler lights are too dazzling ,affecting our rest.

Kids activities closed except the swimming pool and kids game machines. Indoor swimming pool 's roof was leaking. The parking access is far from accommodation. Need time to digest the signage 😅 late night construction works. No one answered the room service. doubt whether it's actually connected/working. We'd have to called the hotel customer service directly from our handphone. requested for trolley to pick our bags during the check out but it took hours. By the time, we had brought all of our bags down to lobby.

Room was very clean and comfortable. They've provided toiletries including bodywash, shampoo, brush.. Value for money. Friendly staff. Spacious. bed was comfortable and clean. Nice environment.
