The refrigerator is not working at all...i choose this package becauce of this facility..i' d tried to ask the staff about it and they guide me manually..its fine...but it not working at all until the next day..so sad...then before i check out, I informed the staff on duty about the problem but he just listened and give the deposit money..hmm..just want an apology from him but otherwise..

The environment is good..car parking is good..

There's no wifi since i have difficulties with my line that time so i really need wifi. The restaurant below the hotel opens quite late if your schedule is full and need an early breakfast. Breakfast not provided, so need to go find a little far to find any warong (near restaurant mostly chinese (non-halal)).

all good for 3stars hotel, parking, and location near lots of Melaka's attractions. The beds are mostly 2 single bed instead of 1 queen bed in case you're a couple.

the bedsheet & pillow have a bit smell, don’t know if they didn’t change from prev customer, room has cigar smell (i had a baby so it’s not good), soap too small, parking lot very dark, tv feel like watching in 2000’s, wall has stains, hotel feel a bit ‘dead’, not so cheerful maybe due to prev MCO, but they have to improve

the staff replace our broken freezer promptly, location wise is good, a bit far from busy town, spacious parking lot (free), comfortable stay

The cleanliness, the bedsheet all dirty and even got stain, the room is smelly. The parking is dark, the pool is only for kids and its is also not well maintain

the towel is stained, mouldy and worn. air conditioner looked dirty from the outside the kettle is heavily stained on the inside basement car park is scary due to very limited lighting. can see many cars being parked along the street instead.

Dirty, fridge was stained with a black liquid and evidently wasnt cleaned before we checked in. They do not make up the room automatically. You have to inform the front desk. They wouldn't give extra anything even towels. Air-conditioning was messed up but after plalying around with controls it worked. Wifi is extremely horrible. Damn near equivalent to not having wifi.

Location was near the purpose of visit.

The real condition is not as it shows on the website. The swimming pool is not functioning, the surroundings are dim & dark, 2 out of 3 lifts are not functioning. More than that, the room is not maintained, there is a clogged basin, the floor is sticky, the fridge with fungal in it, towers got stained, etc. The sound proof not good, can still hear sounds from outside at midnight, and doors bang loudly without a stopper. Basement parking got light but since there are fewer visitors, it is quite insecure. And there is standing water all over the basement and of course mosquitoes everywhere.

Safety. At least we stayed safe for a night. In summary, the location is the only attraction to be considered.
