Can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Yes it's 5 star and couldn't fault anything. All staff highly trained and couldn't do enough for you. Comfortable beds, plenty of toiletries. Huge international breakfast selection. I could go on...

You can do better with the shampoo, conditioner and body soap. They smell quite awful and please provide a proper instant shoe polish in addition to the brush and shoe horn.

We love the Twin Tower view from our Club room. Majestic. We got the higher 28th floor. Nice number. Awesome. The Club service was amazing. Great tasting food and excellent services. Special mention of your F & B staff, TAJUL at the breakfasf buffet at the Ground level. He was friendly, obliging and hardworking. Always smiling and asking if we need assistance with our drinks and food. He definitely enjoys his job. Well done, MO for your clever selection of staff. The bathroom water pressure is strong. We love it. Thank you for the great 1 night stay experience we shall remember for a long time.

The queue for the breakfast was long so we decided to eat else where. There are separate shower/bath and toilet “area” in the room we stayed in, but a door to physically separate them from each other would be more practical.

The staff are all very professional and friendly. The location is unbeatable, with the Twin Towers and KLCC park just next door and an underpass and link bridge linking to other parts of the city centre. We particularly appreciated the Twin-Tower view from the hotel room window and the afternoon tea. Overall it is less modern than some of the other hotels nearby, but my wife thinks she actually prefer the sense of tradition at the Mandarin Oriental.

Traffic around the area was horrible which was expected.

The amenities were all complete. You just need to bring your clothes and deodorant. Highlight for me were the bed and toilet/shower. Satisfaction guaranteed!

For the breakfast maybe no need to que waiting assists by the staff. Some people maybe rushing for their personal purpose. Maybe is suitable if the dinning is pack or peak season to avoid cramp inside.

The location and room is great...the bed is superb comfy and the toilet also very nice with the bathtub. The location is near with Suria KLCC is one of the reason stayed here. With the good lift facilities didn't need to waiting so long.

Can’t really think of anything tbh.

I lived it all, the hotel location, the accommodation, my room was fantastic and looked out to the Petronas Towers, it had everything I needed and more, loved the attention to detail and the little extras , like the cable tidy for my charging cable and the bookmark! 🔖 The pool are was immaculate and again the staff there went above and beyond expectations. The staff were so very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The food and drinks exceptional. Would definitely recommend it.

There isn't much to complain about! Maybe if it was more affordable? But you still get very good value for money with this hotel - would happily stay again.

Amazing staff, the fitness / pool facilities were incredible and the room itself (especially the bed) were the best I've ever experienced.
