Location & cleanliness. It's a bit hard to find the entrance but not to worry, as the admin staff will guide you step by step to the check in counter.

The hotel is located in a rather new district of KL but it's just about 1.5 km away from the old quarters or China town (Gaya Street).Next door is a huge shopping mall called Imago. So it's convenient to look for food and other stuff.

Did not like the very lifeless pillows ...so had to ask for an extra pillow....so I feel shd get in better quality pillows ...its impt for a gd sleep. Did not like the entrance of the building to go into Margo ....wish its more lighted, clean n a board to show Margo Htl ....even after our dinner we went to the wrong entrance ...n had to back track our steps. So...making the entrance more cooler or hvg a good size board wld help ....just sharing

Met up with Joshua ...really a nice n helpful chap. Very friendly n committed to Margo guests. Rooms are very clean n new. Only alittle tied on space. Security to access rooms is well thought out n gd ...gives us a sense of safety esp for gals for a budget hotel....so thank you mgmt. Location is gd n near eateries n big shopping mall Imago ...walking distance. Will return again for sure ....thank you Joshua for making our stay extra special.... 🤗

Location is great, just a stone throw away from Imago, Riverson and fantastic eateries including a few 24hr restaurants. Clean sheets and bathrooms are always high on my list and Margo Hotel provides that, definitely a plus for the rate they're charging. Long may it stay that way, cause I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to my circle of friends and family.

No Hotel signage. I understand the hotel is new. Sad looking lift. But it works fine. Dirty windows from the outside.

Location, convenience if checkin and check-out. Simplicity of service - no service (No restaurant, no lobby, no spa, no pool - just a good quality room). Good electronic lock security. Good hot water shower.

Nothing, but I might include slightly more detail about the exact location. Grab can't drive right to the door as it's inside a pay parking lot (though if you drive yourself then you're good). So the location for Grab is "EZ Money Express" which is on the corner by the parking lot entrance. Then just walk a half block, the hotel entrance is directly to the left of Fuji Film. My mountain view room WiFi was a bit iffy but in my current room (I extended my stay) it's very strong. Just a matter of distance from the Wi-Fi unit I think.

Everything is brand new, very nice view, staff sent detailed instructions to find the hotel. I appreciated thoughtful touches like a travel adapter in one of the plugs, water and coffee provided, kettle. A lot of great stuff nearby - restaurants, bars, mall, 711, but very quiet for sleeping. Hot water shower, cold a/c, nice ceiling fan, comfy beds. A desk. Space to store luggage and hang some things. Really a very nice hotel, I extended my stay.

The receptionist wasn’t there all the time as we need to check out early. Maybe it was public holiday (Labour’s Day), and staff went in late for work. But at least staff could just let us know when we met for check in, whereby we could just left our key through the glass door at the receptionist area. We have to wait and figure out ourselves. Thus, our schedule of the day has been delayed. What a bummer!

Totally unusable wifi, with poor coverage in my room 403. Paper thin walls with music & conversation from next trim clearly audible. On my last nite someone was smoking from the next room with smoke coming in under the door. Had to shove towels to block off the smoke.

Location is great for access to Imago mall.
