Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaStayed 1 night here,and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a welcoming and helpful receptionists. The room was nicely prepared. Well-stocked minibar and toiletries. You'll also love to enjoy the stunning views of the city, especially at night. Strategic location for shopping,entertainment, and foods. The hotel's café served delicious and affordable meals from 6.30am to 10:00 pm. Overall, I would love to return here for another vacation.

MalaysiaMy initial room was too bright at night due to the light outside and the curtains were not thick enough to block the light. My subsequent room did not have this issue.
The breakfast was pretty decent and there is always plenty of other options nearby. I always prefer staying at this hotel as the staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean plus the location is quite close to town and the beach.

MalaysiaI love the breakfast too but maybe have to add some more food variety on the breakfast like fried mee, fried mee hoon or even fried kue teow instead of the steam white rice. Can also add local pastries / kuih instead of cakes. Its just my 2cents coz i'm a food lover
Location is great. Its at the centre of the city. Front staff were very helpful. Maintenance staff are also very efficient. The aircon in one of our room was not cold and it was repaired very promptly by the maintenance staff.

MalaysiaThe free breakfast choices were limited. The toilet flush has really low pressure when flushing. They gave me a room which has a connecting door to another room. Felt a bit insecure with the room given.
The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city. A lot of shops and convenient store nearby. The room is spacious and the ammenities in the room is sufficient.
