Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

MalaysiaThe room was nice and comfortable and I like how the interior design is like. The receptionist was helpful and extremely polite and also ready to help with anything she can. The vibe of the place is just wonderful. Not to mention that it is close to places like gaya street, suria Sabah, and banks.

MalaysiaThe wall sound proof not that good, down got construction on going, if you're looking for a place which you stay 24/7 in the room for napping or relaxing then not really recommend. Got one smell in the room, I don't know how to describe like some damp thing store too long, if left the room without Aircon on might cause the smell unbearable.
The location is great as its easy access to many hot spot and restaurant. Everything is walkable distance . Convenience store just below and few step toward the famous fatt kee restaurant ( not the fish head noodles restaurant) The lobby view is nice

Malaysiai dont like how the hotel is not soundproof as the noise from the outside can easily heard from inside as well as the vehicle outside even though i stayed on the 4th floor. and the blinders, im a totally dark room sleeper so for me the blinders doesnt 100% blocks the light during the night. can say its 60% blocking the lights
i like all, the toilet, the room, the location is very strategic!

MalaysiaI booked a Queen Studio, and it could be newer in terms of maintaining the interiors. Another major drawback would be the water pressure at the showers. It's gotta be stronger than the existing. Kindly look into it.
First impression counts, and the Front Officer - Vanessa is brilliant. She is friendly and simply helpful. The Management MUST consider a good pay raise for her. The location is absolutely convenient , smacked in the city center. I like the room very much but some of the interiors could be kept a lil' better. However, the bathroom is spacious for my unit.

Brunei DarussalamI was not expecting it to be as small as it was. It's a fairly good place to stay however the place is not secure as anyone can go up to the lift bcs no key is required and the parking space was not guaranteed safe as well.
I liked the location, plenty of restaurants and cafe that were within walking distance.

SingaporeWas located on the second floor (same floor as check in and check out), wasn't expecting this as it's just too close to room. Sound proof was bad. Easily hear water flowing/ door slammed/ noise of the tv from others in my own room.
Location was good and staff was friendly. However, if you are there during weekends, will expect quite a bad traffic jam. Walking distance to gaya street. Overall, price is reasonable.

Singaporeunderstaffed, only 1 person at the receptionist per shift. had to request for stuff like slippers & iron if u wanted it as they're trying to save up i guess on the expenses. room housekeeping was ok but the sheets doesnt change as i can smell my ointment frm the night before. but at least they change the towels so thats alright. rooms arent soundproof so i could hear people fighting & ringing the receptionist bell at 1am. also anyone cld go up to the room levels as the lift doesnt require a keycard to access said levels - this might be unsafe but can't complain too much for the price i got it for.
accessible location with watsons, 7-11, breakfast places & malls within walking distance. hotel is new & clean as well, 24h cctv.. staff were nice & well trained. able to leave luggage at the lobby while you wait / walk around after check in & out.

MalaysiaParking is a major problem - you have to make a few rounds before you are able to get a spot to park your vehicle - this is quite normal for a town/city hotel, need to have that mind set right. Make sure you have your parking ticket booklet ready before coming here.
Hotel is super new and room is very clean. Hotel location is a walking distance to everything that you need (shopping, food, nite market, etc). Good place for short stay when touring KK. Not recommended for family with kids - this is more like Ibiss or Cube Hotel concept.

United KingdomThis property is clearly very new so on the surface looks clean however our stay here was disappointing. The shower was falling off the walls, the toilet did not flush properly and got clogged on multiple occasions. When a member of staff came to help sort this out they dripped toilet water all over the floor and then flooded the bathroom with toilet water and used toilet roll. To clean this up they just mopped it up with the bath mat still leaving some toilet roll on the floor and not using anything to properly clean the area. It could be a nice hotel but they need to put in more time training their staff to ensure proper hygiene.
The location is very convenient
