Noise from the main roads during the wee hours. It was almost like they had nightly races on the roads. 🤔 Ironing board is without any ironing padding. Had to improvise by using towel as the padded layer. (But it kept on slipping though, so it was a challenge 🥴) No microwave oven in the unit. It is good to have one for instant reheat of leftovers.

Location was good. Surrounded by many halal eateries and walking distance to shops, petrol kiosk 24hrs mart. 😊

If you are on the trip to Genting, actually it is not so convenient, but if you are just looking for a chilled stay only, the is the best spot. The cups provided are cracked, need to be changed. The fridge smells bad too. Other than these, no complaints, worth the price

The environment can consider tiptop. Convenient stay as mini markets, restaurants even Starbucks are all in walking distance. It is out of my thoughts when we realized that the cooking utensils are provided for us too, am truly appreciate that. Private parking is available as long as giving pre-notice, will consider another stay next time

Not really clean up unit. Have to do some clean up on the floor and pillow sheet after check in. No wifi access. Can see spiderweb in bathroom. Very noisy at night as the unit faces a construction site and a main road. At night street car racing sound is annoying.

Super deal cannot ask for more. Location is good, easy access to restaurants. Ample car park. No noisy neighbors. Check in instructions are clear by the agent.

Location: although it is nearby to many restaurants and convenient store, within walking distance; but u cannot drive to there easily, need to make 2 U-turns at a distance of 1km each time u go out, from Genting Permai go down and make a u turn and then go up and make another u turn to go into Vista. So if u have kids/elderly/OKU who cant walk at roadside under cold weather/drizzle rain, think twice before booking, no proper pedestrian walkway. Parking: need to pay RM10/day for one parking lot. Extra parking lot not available despite u wan to pay. Visitor parking is available at their rate, not waivable or validation to get fixed rate. Swimming pool: no kids pool. Not kids friendly. Deposit: making online transfer of RM400/unit into a personal account (god knows who is that), with a lot of scammers roaming out there nowadays, kindly do some improvement on this. Very not convenient for us as I really need to verify x2 x3 before I make the transfer.

My room is acceptable, just nice for my family for 2 nights. Everything in the room is provided as per list and all are functioning well. I like the dryer machine as it dried our swimsuit so can use it again the next day. I lodged a complaint that toilet smells and toilet rolls was not changed, it was half used and all wet, cleaner came to wash toilet and provide 2 extra toilet rolls. Jacuzzi is nice, got warm water. Check-in was easy, but check-out time all lifts were full of people with their luggage, it took us almost 20 minutes to get into a lift, but host was nice did not charge us extra eventhough I was a little late.

the property lost the access card to go up , everytime i want to go up , i need ask guard to help me scan lift , waste my time

the house is ok , but the utensils is not enough, example more forks than spoons, spoons only have 3, while fork have like 10 pcs. I have to wait around 25 minutes to get the private parking card. And I pay 2 times, but I only get 1 parking slot. Hope I can get refund MYR10. the instructions are confusing. This is not my first time staying here, previously there is no problem at all when I stay here with different unit . this time is not the best for me. when arrive, I saw the 1 dining chair is broken and was put outside. so total 3/4 only can use. The table top kitchen area are not very clean when we arrived but it’s okay.

I like the swimming pool and view as well.

Noisy and the furniture was bit old and bed pillows and mattress was like smelly and needed a make over.

Location was okie, brew house was a saviour downstairs with seven eleven mart. The place comes with hot water, free wifi and easy to check-In.
