The hotel is in middle of KL town , so easier to access to all the local hotspots by walking around. Tourist will do prefer this place

Super single beds will make lots of different compared to single beds. Toilet bowl is the very first thing when sliding the door open..

Needs maintenance for the lift and interior of the hotel public area. There’s huge dead cockroach in the room.

During check in, i was told my reservation is breakfast included because im asking if i need to add additional charges, but when I go down next morning i was requested to pay for the breakfast - I pay it but please give the correct information next time. Its really ruin my mood, if i know it I'll continue sleep till my checkout time

The direction from one area to another could be slightly confusing.

Because of the location, the noises at night was quite loud. People potentially racing on bikes, occasionally loud music. But otherwise all good and loved our stay.

The rooms is far from the parking area without a direct access. So one has to take two lifts and cross both blocks to reach the parking.

The room was quite big, very clean and the bathroom was also huge with a nice bath tub and a rain shower.

Not use to lower ceiling, a bit dated as it is an old property. On weekend guests may not get food as the restaurant may be book for outsiders. Outsiders are welcone to eat whereas live in guests have to find food outside.

We we there as we had to attend a Wedding Reception at IPC International Centre Cornerstone. Hotel Maya is the nearest to the place…

*Rooms not cleaned properly* - Upon checking-into 1 of our 3 rooms at around 6.30pm on 3/6/23, we found a rotten cake in the fridge which gave out a bad smell to the room. Fridge was broken-down too. -We also found a grossed/dirty-urine stain in one of the bathroom floors not properly cleaned. - We saw a few housekeeping boys too busy happily loitering at the room corridors rather than clean all our rooms properly that afternoon before we even enter the rooms with our card keys.

The room is not carpeted. Basic facilities is okay2.

The room is basic but spacious. We booked the junior suite and the room has everything as advertised. We asked for extra bed. The bed is comfortable, my kids loved the bath tub. Swimming pool is small. Breakfast is okay, quite a number of choices.

The air ventilation seems dusty, bathroom flush have to fully hold to be properly flush as it is not strong enough to flush everything, TV control seems to be out of battery during my last day unable to off the tv during my checkout. The door card seems to be out of battery during my stay have to approach the front counter for assistance for two time/days during my stay. Location wise right beside the cemetery, the view of the window seems block with another building (can only see half of the twin tower). Need to pay upon arrival for checkin(if you thought that booking.com already deducted the fees) so read carefully for the payment method.

Its a walking distance to KLCC, Night market and restaurant. The environment of the hotel seems pleasant-able. The breakfast food it’s delicious, easily to book grab.
