Friendly and helpful staff - both the check-in and checkout staff, as well as the owner. I booked a studio apartment - was upgraded, during check in, to a one bed apartment due to some issue with the studio one. The one bed apartment is spacious, and clean. As I stayed in the one bedroom instead of the studio, I don't know about the studio.

TV sound is terrible. Is not really possible to enjoy watching anything or listening music from TV. This was disappointing. Is like not having TV at all, which was an important feature to me, specially if you get some rainy days during your stay.

Great location. 2 AC working very good. Comfy bed. 2 grocery stores downstairs which was very convenient. WiFi OK. Gym is simple but yet good enough.

There were a lot of those tiny little bugs just walking around the kitchen despite there being no food, plus the handrail was detached from the wall, and the shower curtain was pointless as it didn’t go to the floor so it still flooded the bathroom

serious concerns about the way the room is managed. I was added into 4 different group chats to arrange checkin. Told we could pay deposit by bank transfer only to get there and be told it had to be cash. The man kept us waiting nearly half an hour at 4am. Communication prior to arrival was non existent and no answers to any questions we had about the checkin process. We had no data when we arrived which made this whole process almost impossible. Checkout was equally painful, being told to wait in the room, then told to wait in the lobby, then another 30 minutes for the man to turn up. Also, only given 1 key for the barriers and there’s a clear sign that says 1 key per person (we were 2), so frequently unable to enter the building. Security really funny about this and wouldn’t allow us through at points. I asked the company for another key and told they couldn’t give us one and 2 people could enter the barrier at once (clearly not the case as the sign said). It became quite tedious… unsure whether this is a legit business or if they’re subletting the room in a disingenuous way. The pool was also closed the whole time we stayed which was a main reason we booked here. Corridors smelt of urine and cigarette smoke.

All perfect!

I was merely looking for a room with a balcony and a pool (in general I like that). But it was much better than I expected: in easy walking distance to KLCC and petronas towers, and the host was very easy and helpful to communicate with - I needed to buy some item that I had forgotten and he gave me information immediately via WhatsApp, which was perfect. Also important to say that I asked for an early Checkin, which was granted without extra charge. Perfect!
