We have to pay $rm 10 every time we go out from the building using our car. Breakfast is very expensive as we were told to pay $rm 80 ++ per head for an adult. Limited channel and not a friendly tv . Cafe close very early.

Hotel room spacing a bit less spacious. need some furniture rearrangement or replacement. sharing toilet door with the shower area not really a good idea. something off with the lobby design, less welcoming design as the reception is facing towards the lift lobby. car lift parking space is something new but need some improvement in terms of pickup waiting time. lil' bit hassle when you have to wait half an hour just to get your things inside the car.

breakfast at this hotel was super great, lot of varieties of food and the restaurant ambiance is nice . Hotel security is highly recommended. lift facilities more than enough.

Not expect anything but this beyond my expectations. Even I suprise to see my husbands surprise cake (upon my rq) + bed deco in our room (hotel deco by their self even i didnt rq for it). Thank you to the staffs. And for sure will come again for next trip. Amazing stay with cleaness, comfortable bed, nice city view i got. Thank you so much! Tiptop 🥰

The car park is limited, on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you don't find a spot, you have to park outside nearby the hotel. The toilet floor is very slippery, I recommend wearing anti-slippery slippers. The room has limited space to move around. The swimming pool is not suitable for kids under the age of 5 due to its depth of 1.2m. The pool area can get very crowded when there are a lot of people hanging out there.

The bathroom is amazing with strong water pressure. Customer service is top-notch; The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Imperial Mall and Bintang Megamall. Both can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The car park is very safe if you manage to find an available spot for your car. They offer free good ice cream. The TV has several channels to watch while you relax in the hotel room. Breakfast was satisfying; all the food we tried was good, especially the Sichuan chili – we really loved it! The elevator is super fast when called. They provide a water dispenser in the room, which makes it convenient to get water for drinking. The views from the rooftop are beautiful, you can see almost all of the buildings from up there.

Room was a little small. Don't like the closet and the drinking tab to be in the washroom. Parking place was a hassle.

The hotel was great, lively design and clean since it was quite a new hotel. Hope it can maintain the cleanliness.

I stayed two nights at Mercure Miri City Centre hotel which was really beautiful & pleasant. The hotel is clean, new and located in the town centre close to tourism attractions and shopping malls (Bintang shopping mall, Imperial Shopping mall, Boulevard shopping mall). The room is convenient with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good-quality amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming especially Johar who tried his best to accommodate my friend to change his room. Thank you Johar. Also Liyana and Elsie were so nice and welcoming. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The space of the rooms were on the small size, for couples are fine. Taking family there might not be fun. The wait for the car is around 5mins per family/car. Waited 20mins when i arrived, i was the fourth car and checking out. I was the fourth car as well. As we were chilling at the lobby and no rush going anywhere, the wait is fine. No need to look for parking and no worry for the car to be broken into. For these positives, i feel the wait is worth the wait

The staffs were friendly, helpful and really nice. Room had drinking tap, similar to a water fountain with different tip and button which is really nice. Since the heat required us to stay hydrated and drink more the free drinking water was our saviour. The breakfast was amazing! My enjoyed the breakfast served there.

Hotel parking can be quite difficult and it’s quite expensive and only free on the first entry.

The property was great, from the staffs and their services to the facilities, I love it. And the hotel smells great, both the lobby and the room!
