cleanliness: bathtub has stained. towels were yellowish and looked really used. water was yellowish/muddy looking too (seems to be the overall water quality in Kuching, so cannot really be helped), hence we ended up not using the tub at all. breakfast: average taste with very limited spread. around 9am-ish, some dishes would have already ran out and were not replenished, which is a tad disappointing. parking: only outdoor parking available, which is at the alley behind the hotel. it was not what i was expecting when it stated parking available during booking. car still remained safe throughout though, so just a highlight to manage expectations.

room: spacious and well-designed space. personally enjoyed using the massage chair in the room alot and felt it was a great inclusion into the room; great way to end a long, tiring day out. location: decently located near the main areas of Kuching, quick 15 minute drives to all the main malls, less than 30 minutes drive to the airport. there is a cafe that's open till 1am just downstairs and a 24 hour McDonald's located within 5 minutes walk, for those looking for late night food.

The air conditioner uses a ceiling-mounted type (I'm not sure of the exact name), and it produces an annoying sound that I can't control.

It's been renovated with a thoughtful concept, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the place.

overall, the staffs were really helpful and nice. appreciate their help. room was nice okay, but the towel need to be more whiter maybe. location is nice near to 7E and a few halal restaurants. but a bit of a walk 900m to 1.4 km to the attractions like waterfront n plaza merdeka, indian street, but still doable.

There are white ants on the counter top and mosquitoes in the room. The towels are also stained although I’m sure it is clean.

It’s location is lost strategic with great food a walking distance away! It’s comfortable and great value for money.

1) the breakfast is so so only, not much of choices. 2) The loud noises from the bar located right Infront of the street, non stop blasting until 2am to 3am every night . If you are light sleeper , ask them for the rooms away from the bar.

The hotel is located in a very central area and convenient to the places of interest especially to China town .

Breakfast is very basic (e.g. no juices included), but apart from that perfectly fine. For us, the bed was just too small and really not comfortable. We are both pretty tall though.
