There is no staff on place. All the communications and check in go through WhatsApp messages. My capsule door had an issue, got stock and didn't slide smoothly. Capsule n 3. All the rooms on the corridor have doors but ours, the door for some reason has been removed. The lookers are on the GF while the rooms are in the 1F. No lift.

Maybe working desk is too little, but when i was there not much people using the desk so it's fine for me. I think can provide one additional hanger, or maybe a thing on the wall where we can hang our towel.

Just like almost every other hostel, the aircon temperature is set way too low, even in the bathrooms. I got sick after two nights only. Capsule #17 had an issue with the fan buttons so I couldn't turn it off

I wish the locker was near to bed. Easy to put things. And it is very not safe and a bit messy if i put and saw someone belonging outside of the bed. So put the locker or some wardrobe there near to bed will be convenient or helpful.

Lockers all the way downstairs. More convenient to just keep bag in the capsule but ended up not having enough place to lie down flat.

Clear and simple self check-in and check-out process. Slippers and towel provided. Capsule itself has good functions and comfortable. All facilities were very clean. Even toilets had strong exhaust system to quick dry after a shower.

It wasn't very personable to meet/ talk to people, no staff. The lockers were downstairs, which wasn't too much of an inconvenience, you can keep you back in the room. The system was down when I wanted to extend, slightly inconvenient to call booking.com and organise myself. 1 woman came in around 1am, the doors can be noisy, then age had a shower and blow dried her hair, very rude imo (not Momo's fault) maybe quiet hours in place. Nowhere to hang towel after showering.

The pods give you privacy and are comfy, lovely duvet, mirror and hanger inside. The bathroom is nice, clean and sufficient. The self check.in was pretty easy. The buses are super cheap and easy to get into the area of George town, a few restaurants around, 7/11 and a new park that has been built along the coast which is a short walk.

I'm a little confused as to why the hostel room doors are locked so you couldn't close them? I was awoken in the morning by the hairdryer in the bathroom at 7am & people in the hallway talking. I noticed a screw had been put in the door runner to prevent it from closing. This was really odd. Also, the shower above the toilet met that the toilet was always really wet. Also, no free coffee sachets?? Only water?? Unless I couldn't find it. There is no toilet paper in the toilets (i guess because it would get drenched from the shower). I wasn't informed where my towel was & had to message asking. It was, in fact, in the free locker provided.. But I didn't check there as, well, I wanted a shower. And then yeah, once you shower, you either have to get changed in your wet shower room or in your dorm room with the main door opened. Hope the other guests didn't mind seeing my ass. Also, a shelf or something in the beds would be good. Other than on my bed or the 1 hook, I didn't have anywhere to put my stuff. Like when you charge your phone, where does it Overall, it's not a bad hostel. I don't think I would stay here again, however.

location is more on the outskirts of georgetown so attractions and restaurants are not within walking distance, bedsheet seems to have yellow stains and pillow not comfortable and one thing weird about the room door which can’t be closed

The closest mall is 10-15 mins walk away but amenities and snacks can be bought at the nearby gas station.

It’s exceptionally clean and ultra-quiet. Hot water works well with spray bidets provided in each cubicle. It’s close to the newly opened Gurney Walk and for Muslim travellers like me, adjacent to a mosque, making it easy to perform prayers.
