Property was still using lock and key which was a bit cumbersome for entry and exit.

Very good value for money. Good location, short drive away from JB city centre and 10 mins away from Senibong seafood place. Allowed early, hassle free check in. Staff Kayden was helpful and responsive to our requests.

nothing.except upon check in room was not clean after previous guest check out.but all was good and service recovery was fast.

There was a small hiccup when we check in,apartment was not clean after previous guests check out.liase with kayden ,he was so efficient in rectifyin the whole situation so we went out for dinner.when we came back all was nicely clean up and we can rest.everything is good we love it.its really near midvalley mall and perfect view in master bedroom.perfect for small family.

The bidet spray in the bathrooms not working. Difficult to lock mailbox when returning keys during check out. Would be much better if there's a minimart in the complex.

It would be great if there’s a microwave, but not a problem at all. Just a feedback.

Location is very convenient. only 5 mins away from MidValley by car and 10mins from CIQ. There is no pedestrian crossing to the mall so you’ll need to pass through the commercial area to walk. Check-in and out is seamless. Manager, Security Guards and Housekeeping were very helpful to provide instructions. Property is well maintained and true to picture. Owner was kind enough to provide extra blankets, pillows, mattresses, cutleries, iron, and even shampoo. Overall, a great stay.

The dedicated carpark lot was way up on the 6th floor. Took some time to go in and out.

The owner is easy to communicate with. Fast response with any questions asked. Easy to check-in and check out. The apartment was clean and spacious with a nice view of the shopping mall. Access to all amenities e.g. swimming pools, gym, etc.

Parking was a little high up the MSCP, about 5min drive in itself. Apartment could do with a microwave to heat up the abundance of food that we collected in JB :p

Apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious. Location was quite central to JB activities and recreation. Neighborhood was orderly and felt safe.

Just a slight stench in the master bed room which I supposed it may be the floors. Used some perfume and it’s gone for awhile.

Very easy to check in and out. Apartment is close to mid valley mall. There are 2 bathrooms which made it convenient for bigger groups.

My room smells like musk due to undry bed sheet. How ever, the room is very comfy, quite spacious for 2 person sleep. The mattress very comfy. Like hotel 5star.

I like the location. Very stratgic. The apartment facilities are enormous. Got all the basic requirements for staying there with small family. Facilities: gym, swimming pool,garden,bbq pit, walking garden, surau, gaming room, study room.
