Room located just next to the main road, very noisy coming from cars, lorries and heavy trucks. The room is not soundproof, can hear everything i.e. people talking outside, sound of people showering, people moving from above, loud noise from vehicles. Too expensive for such a common size room, maybe paid for the ambience 🤷🏼‍♂️. Not very accessible-friendly, too many steps and stairs, but it is understandable since it is located on a hill

Could have done better with uninterrupted power as there were 2 consecutive outages in 1 night. Staff could not be contacted.

Have booked two rooms, one room water supply is very low and the facility and design at the room quite old already, and low phone signal at room; while for another balcony room, the sliding door cannot lock properly, have insect inside the room and wifi and 4G connection is super duper low. Compared with others, the price is quite higher, and not so reasonable. Besides, the room we booked thru booking.com is Mountain View, but when we reach there, staff explained that the Mountain View room if not mistaken only have 1/2room at the resort but due to booking.com’s setting reason.. so end up we only take the non-mountain view one.. In conclusion,I would say it is quite bad accommodation experience for me and my friends at Kundasang.

If anything, the sound of the traffic just below our room can disrupt sleep for light sleepers. But it's a trade-off we can put up for the great view.

Breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Kinabalu makes it all worthwhile. Love the design of the resort. The feel of the resort is cosy and safe. Staff was helpful. Food at the restaurant is delicious. We had breakfast (both mornings) and lunch with the beautiful view. There are places of interest within walking distance and Mount Kinabalu Park entrance is just a few minute's drive away.

First is over price. When we booked as per shown pictures via booking.com with this price we expect to get mountains view. But when checked in, resort staff gave us only Valley view as they said mistake from booking.com to use wrong image. Apart from that the room is small, no sound proof, annoy to hear conversation from neighber room especially at night as well as the sound of their foot steps, the floor is make from cheap quality, heater was not strong enough as it so cold on a rainy day.

Everything’s fine but the room is out of my expectation cause I used to booked for a good view room, but they gave me a standard room and it cost too expensive and the view is blocked by a building, after that I changed my mind to change a new room that provide a good view and the price is not too much different

Disappointed when we reach our room because it is too small and uncomfortable well picture lies and the floor has cracked wood it's not well maintained to say. Their resort can do better than this because the place has beautiful views

i pay rm 480 for a room facing mt kinabalu the room consist of very basic equipment - 1 queen bed, 1 chair with table and 1 wooden towel rack the curtain is dirty and dusty the toilet with yellow stained no doubt that the view is very fascinating tho except for stairs u have to climb to reach the room

Room is poorly maintained. Old and dusty. Water pressure is really poor where suddenly water become cool. The price that paid is consider expensive for such quality. The room that we got is no mountain view at all.

The information in booking scam me! I choose room with Mountain View but when i arrive they change to other view which the price still same with not Mountain View.. not fair.. the receptionist said they already amend the correction to booking but why not follow up again and again?

Room 9 has awesome view however its close to highway and can be disturbing if you’re a light sleeper. Room doesnt come with breakfast.

One of my worst booking stay in 10 years. This hotel is incredibly old and dirty, I left the place with bed bugs and a lots of bug bites. The hotel is on the road so it is extremely noisy, as if the trucks were driving through your room. The equipments are outdated and really need a refresh. The view from the bar down the hotel is nice. But I absolutely do not recommend this place
