The breakfast is delicious, and building is good, it also supplied free parking.

Upon checking in, I noticed that my bathtub had hairs in it.

Hotel was conveniently placed near the airport. Staff was really helpful and nice (Shoutout to Shah at the concierge desk). Food was good and room was very confortable.

I would have liked a more frequent airport transfer service. Directions to the main restaurant should have been clearer. When I found it I had a very good meal at a reasonable price.

I was very impressed by the hotel. Transfer from KLIA 2, pool, staff, room and evening meal all very good.

I did a request when I did my booking to have two bed but they didn’t provide that I only found when we reach the room then we ask to have different room they refuse, then they provide a child bed as second bed and they promise us to give different room next day but unfortunately they didn’t keep the promise

Room rate is a bit higher.Hotel food quite pricey ,no restaurants around unless go Mitsui Outlet nearby by grab Rm30 one way.

The location was great for those who wants to go KLIA 1 ,about 10 minutes drive from hotel,shuttle van was arranged every 2 hours . The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Got chocolate hour to welcome hotel guests from 3 to 4pm . Male and female gym and swimming pools seperated.

The hotel is not well maintained. Lights in bathroom switched on and off. There was a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor and we had no idea where the leak was. Amenities could be better: No hand wash soap. No tissue in the room - I didn’t fancy wiping my face with tissues that had been sat in the bathroom!

Less than 10mins taxi ride from KLIA 1, which makes it very convenient for transit stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the Mitsui Outlet for food and shopping. Very, very good breakfast.

Water drain not well in the hand basin. Shower room will leak into the toilet arra and makes floor partially wet.

V minor point but bedside clock didn’t work and despite mentioning failed to be rectified.

Nothing do do around - Airport shuttle only every 2 hours

Location next to the airport very convenient to catch early flight. Large rooms and a litte free chocalate buffet in the afternoon.

Remember this when you book this hotel. It is a Muslim hotel and they do not serve alcohol at all and there’s no bacon to your scrambled eggs. 😁

The air conditioning fan was incredibly noisy but necessary as needed to be cool. Shower leaked over toilet floor area. Room furniture was quite dark.

Reception seating area was huge and very bright. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful and refreshing.

Some of the internal structures inside the building were very dirty (balconies etc).

So close to airport, it was very convenient. Rooms were very clean and were nice and big and overall was nice to stay in.

The daily pick up and drop offs to the airport arranged by the hotel were limited. We had to use Grab service to go back to the airport because it was booked out from the night before.

My husband and I were ill, but we were given the most comfortable and spacious room which made it a bit better. For that reason we have not left our room, but our family was impressed with the evening buffet, pool and location nearby the outlet mall.
