We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel was conveniently placed near the airport. Staff was really helpful and nice (Shoutout to Shah at the concierge desk). Food was good and room was very confortable.

United KingdomI would have liked a more frequent airport transfer service. Directions to the main restaurant should have been clearer. When I found it I had a very good meal at a reasonable price.
I was very impressed by the hotel. Transfer from KLIA 2, pool, staff, room and evening meal all very good.

MalaysiaRoom rate is a bit higher.Hotel food quite pricey ,no restaurants around unless go Mitsui Outlet nearby by grab Rm30 one way.
The location was great for those who wants to go KLIA 1 ,about 10 minutes drive from hotel,shuttle van was arranged every 2 hours . The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Got chocolate hour to welcome hotel guests from 3 to 4pm . Male and female gym and swimming pools seperated.

Brunei DarussalamThe hotel is not well maintained. Lights in bathroom switched on and off. There was a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor and we had no idea where the leak was. Amenities could be better: No hand wash soap. No tissue in the room - I didn’t fancy wiping my face with tissues that had been sat in the bathroom!
Less than 10mins taxi ride from KLIA 1, which makes it very convenient for transit stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the Mitsui Outlet for food and shopping. Very, very good breakfast.

Reception seating area was huge and very bright. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful and refreshing.
