Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI wrote a very critical review after our stay in April but sometimes you have to eat you own words! After I had written the review the manager contacted me to politely address my criticisms, but I then found that I had left an expensive jacket behind. The manager confirmed that the staff had found the jacket and arranged for it to be sent back to the UK, so I would now rate the staff as excellent.

MalaysiaUnfortunately, the bathroom overhead shower is not working and one of the washing basin faucet is faulty (they have 2 washing basin in the bathroom😀).
The room is clean and smell fresh. The bathroom is big and the mirror lighting is excellent. There is an espresso machine in the room! Nice! The room soundproof is good that you do not even hear the sound of landing planes. The breakfast choices are good The staffs are courtiest and security guards did a good job. As its the haj season, there are a lot of human traffics but they manage to control the crowd well.

The courtesy shuttle back to the airport was perfect & suited us beautifully. The lady at Check-in allowed us an extended late check out & was a delightful your lady. Our service could not be faulted. The room was large & well laid out. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in for many years if not forever.

United KingdomThe hotel is huge and in some areas is little tired looking, with stained carpets and some upgrades needed.
A convenient hotel for staying near the airport before our flight. A unique building design. Great buffet breakfast, with so much choice. And we were able to use the free hotel shuttle service to the airport which was really convenient. Also enjoyed a lovely soak in the bath!
