despite it's a big and stand alone hotel, no staff to greet or help you at entrance. staffs only at check-in counter. room 215 had faulty drawer (unable to shut close, dangerous for my kid). aircond outlet also leaks water. no fridge and hairdryer in room. all these I informed to front desk upon checkout, but judging by her look, seems like she'll dismiss it. not taking the information appropriately.

I have problem with the TV's remote control but luckily hotel's staff drop by to fix the matter. Water pressure is very slow and I was not really enjoyed my bath. Toilet bowl was not fixed well and its shaking. No laundry bag was provided. Lastly, the environment is very quiet when I arrived for check in, no staff at all at the entrance or at the check in counter. Check in counter just a bit hidden.

I like the bed, very spacious; sliding door & balcony for me to get fresh air. Open car park is very convenience for me to park my car. Cleanliness of the floor carpet are excellent. Location wise, the hotel is just a walking distance to Federal Offices.

It's kinda need full restoration on the wallpaper and my room don't have fridge🥲. The TV channel system also kinda lagging and sometimes the sound completely off🥲.

The location was kind of strategic if you don't want to go city centre. Plenty of parking spaces, the room was extremely spacious even the toilet so well design which they manage to separate the bathtub and shower.

found one lift damaged, and other lift can use but not function in properly exp press button close but the door still open need to do many time then it was close. the aircond to slow when eat for breakfast, for back area cannot feel it and hot.

The room was very dim. The ceiling lights not enough. It’s kind of way off from any shops. No fridge! No hair dryer! No hand or face towels. Instead of tea spoons stirrers were provided.

The staff were super helpful - changed the flickering ceiling lights promptly and got the housekeeping to vacuum the bits caused by the work. When asked for bowls and utensils, they were promptly sent. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. No fuss. Breakfast was just what we looked forward to - a reasonably spread of local fares like nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, mee goreng, and the standards like toast. Local coffee was unfortunately cold. Parking was ample, the infinity pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time for it. The room was big!

Cleanliness need improvement

Hotel still lacks cleanliness, can be improved. Bathroom need more heavy cleaning after each guest. Showers need to be cleaned as dirt is visible making water from shower slow. Shower head needs repair too as it keeps falling. During a certain time they switched off the heater which is quite inconvenient especially when you need to take a hot shower. Dust behind door. Floor should be vacuumed and mopped. Carpet vacuumed thoroughly. Bed was ok, pillows are old, blanket was small, obviously not for a king size bed. Pool and room towels were worn out too. Breakfast was fine. Orange juice tasted weird.

Cleanliness to be improved, although the housekeeping staffs are responsive. We experience clogged sink and bath tab, and lighting just feels out of place.

Upon arrival at 11.30 pm, the whole hotel lobby was dark and there were no one around giving the impression that I may have entered into a ‘ghost’ hotel. The next morning i found out that the hotel was meant to be a traditionally luxury hotel with hugh rooms and big carpeted alleys. Breakfast also ok. I have your checked out after breakfast without time to enjoy other facilities in order to attend to my personal matters

Super friendly and helpful staff, room service (dinner) was really good, breakfast was great, and we are allowed ro change room nearer to lift upon request (we have baby).

When I entered the room, it has a strange smell, i assume from the carpet or the toilet trap. The housekeeping then came in and spray with daun pandan scent which makes it better. The room however does not have fridge. The water pressure for the showers is low, had to take longer time to shower.

The room is spacious with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfy, however, I would appreciate if the hotel could provide 2 pillow for each person. The aircond was great, cool and full blast. Our room included with breakfast which was great. Although not many choices of the breakfast spread, the food is tasty. The major love about the room is they provide with lots of plug points.
