Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MalaysiaMy only suggestion is for the owner to put up a mirror in the room. The only mirror available is in the toilet(both). Which is inconvenient if the toilet is occupied. Coz u know women and mirror are inseparable. Hehe
The apartment was very clean and comfy. The owner gave clear instruction to retrieve the key, and parking. Got many pillows and blankets to use. Got clean towels, towel rack, sejadah, kiblat direction and kettle. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

MalaysiaWorst experience ever. The fridge is malfunctioning and it is only for decoration purposes. There is no gas to cook. The iron is also malfunctioning. Plus, the blanket is smelly as if it hasn't be washed before. When I lodge a complaint to the owner, there is no proactive effort make by him. I really really disappointed. I will never choose this homestay again. This will be my first and my last time here. Please take note of these complaints.
